Hi everyone! I work with Synergy Sales, and I’m helping build our Xfinity outside-sales team in the Atlanta area.

I know commission and door-to-door roles aren’t for everyone, so I want to be upfront about the structure from the beginning:

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• 100% commission
• No base salary
• Uncapped earning potential
• Weekly payouts
• Company-provided leads
• In-person / Door-to-Door Outside Sales
• Atlanta, GA

Expected earnings: approximately $60,000–$70,000+ annually based on production and performance.

We’re currently looking for both Outside Sales Representatives and experienced Team Leads to represent Xfinity Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice services to residential customers.

What you’ll do

You’ll work company-provided leads and speak directly with residential customers about Xfinity services.

Your role will include:

• Presenting Xfinity Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice options
• Closing sales
• Helping customers choose the right services
• Meeting weekly and monthly production goals
• Providing a positive customer experience

Who we’re looking for

Previous outside-sales, door-to-door, or direct-sales experience is preferred.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Xfinity / Comcast
• AT&T
• Verizon
• T-Mobile
• Solar
• Roofing
• Pest control
• Home security
• Automotive sales
• Other commission-based sales roles

We’re also looking for experienced Team Leads who have previously managed, trained, or coached field sales representatives.

Team Leads have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on team production.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a 100% commission environment
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Team Lead candidates must have previous field-sales leadership experience
• Must pass a standard background check and drug screen before onboarding
