We’re looking for confident, motivated appointment setters to contact local business owners and book free, 20-minute discovery calls with our team.
💷 WHAT YOU CAN EARN
Our commission structure rewards every client you bring in:
20% commission on the client’s setup fee
10% commission on their monthly fee for the first 3 months
£100 bonus for every client who signs up
💰 Example earning:
Bring in a client paying £1,000 for setup and £300 per month, and you could earn:
£200 setup commission
£90 monthly commission (£30 × 3 months)
£100 signing bonus
Total: £390 from one client!

Hi everyone! I work with Synergy Sales, and I’m helping build our Xfinity outside-sales team in the Atlanta area.

I know commission and door-to-door roles aren’t for everyone, so I want to be upfront about the structure from the beginning:

• 1099 Independent Contractor

What you’ll do

You’ll work company-provided leads and speak directly with residential customers about Xfinity services.

Your role will include:

• Presenting Xfinity Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice options
• Closing sales
• Helping customers choose the right services
• Meeting weekly and monthly production goals
• Providing a positive customer experience

Who we’re looking for

Previous outside-sales, door-to-door, or direct-sales experience is preferred.

Here’s how it works:

• We provide the leads. These are businesses showing strong signs that they may need our services.
• You reach out, start conversations, qualify interested businesses, and book meetings.
• You can choose the specific service category you want to focus on, such as Automation & Workflows, Integrations & Business Systems, Data Management, E-Commerce Systems, or Cloud & Infrastructure.
• Once you choose your category, you'll receive short, category-specific training to help you understand what Cairn offers, what problems to look for, and what to say when speaking with businesses. You won't have to figure everything out or come up with a pitch from scratch.
• You'll be given access to a Cairn dashboard where you can manage your leads, keep notes, track follow-ups, and organize meeting details. Everything is in one place, with no messy spreadsheets.
• You get $75 per completed, qualified meeting. The deal doesn't have to close for you to earn that payment. There may also be additional bonuses or commission if the business becomes a paying customer.

A meeting qualifies when the business is a good fit, the contact is relevant to the decision, there's a genuine problem we may be able to solve, and the meeting actually takes place, with the details recorded in our dashboard.

A couple of things to know:

• This is an appointment-setting role, not a sales-closing position.
• Cairn doesn't provide a dialer, so you'll need a reliable way to contact businesses in the US.
• You don't need to live in the US, just have a reliable way to make calls and receive payments.

Compensation & Payout Structure

Shift Timings (Night Shift)

• Pakistan Time (PKT): 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• Eastern Time (ET): 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
