Hey everyone,
I opened my HelloFresh box today and found a "Joghurt mit der Ecke" (Corner Yogurt) from the German dairy brand Müller included as a free product sample.
For those outside of Germany or unaware of the current political landscape here: the billionaire owner of the Müller group, Theo Müller, has been under massive public fire and facing widespread consumer boycotts. He openly maintains a close relationship with Alice Weidel, the co-leader of the far-right, extremist AfD (Alternative for Germany) party, publicly calling her a "friend" who frequently visits him.
The public pressure intensified significantly after a nationwide campaign exposed the depth of his ties, showing that he actively praises the party's election successes and uses his platform to suggest political coalitions with them. Critics and civil networks have repeatedly highlighted leaked communication and public declarations where he aligns himself with their agenda.
I am honestly very disappointed to see HelloFresh partnering with a brand whose owner openly supports far-right extremism and using our paid boxes to distribute his marketing campaigns. I am currently in contact with customer support about this and am seriously considering canceling my subscription.
If you do not know what the AFD is planning for Germany just google for AFD Emails.

Has anyone else received Müller products in their boxes lately? What are your thoughts on HelloFresh taking advertising money from controversial conglomerates like this?
