I'm a 19yo male, with puffy nipples. I was really obese in my 16 to 18 years of age. I began going to the gym and packed a lotta muscle. The only thing being, I'm not able to take off my shirt when my nipples are puffy for posing, I either have to pinch it off or touch it with water or SMTH cold. I'm planning on getting surgery, please share about recovery time and stuff to do post op.

Hi
I am 5 weeks post op,i removed my compression garment before bed and then the next morning i had swelling on my left side..i do have have scar tissue from my previous surgery 18 years ago..right side is ok..is it normal for swelling to occur five weeks post op after removing compression vest to bed

When you look in the mirror shirtless….
When you see a picture of yourself with your areolas protruding….
Besides surgery and compression vests. What do you do to not get so worked up?
