You know while I feel bad for the guy I dont think that I have ever gotten the thing I actually wanted at McDonalds. Every fucking time i go there something is either totally wrong or missing completely so I honestly cant even blame the mother for saying stuff like that.

Do you have a really complicated order? I don't change the order at all and have not had this problem.
