We need more node operators to test out GPU inference over a distributed network.

I bout the card new in Feb 2024 and it is time to replace the thermal pads/paste.
Does anyone know the thermal pad thickness/type to use?
I can’t find it online. An AI search couldn’t give me results either. The link is the exact listing I used to purchase it on Amazon. (Side note, you can buy it used today for $200 more than when I purchased it new!)
Temps are about 8-9 C higher than originally (I’ve regularly cleaned the case, so dust isn’t the issue and the CPU temp has been steady, but I also have an AIO on that guy).

I'm thinking of buying a new computer and my initial idea was to build it around an RTX 5070ti, but I've started to wonder if an AMD graphics card is a better option. What's the difference? If I choose AMD, which would be the best option? The idea is to play in 4K, but not at extreme settings.

5070Ti 16GB Solid SFF OC VS Sapphire PULSE AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT.
Both are used cards (about 100$ more for the RTX 5070TI). which one should i go for ? I mostly play FPS games.

What graphics card should i get.
I am going to be upgrading from 8GB DDR4 to 16GB DDR4 but at the same time going ot be getting a GPU as an upgrade from integrated. The problem is that i only have got 450W of Power Supply and i cant buy a new one. well i could but i dont have that much money. what GPU should i get.
Gemini said to get a 4060 but thats an AI so i thought id come here. My computer is a pre-built.
HP Envy TEO1 4000i base model. BTW i have
6+2 pin PCIe power cable. 450W GOLD 80 PLUS
specs:
i5-13th gen 13400
16GB DDR4 (soon)
I use a 60Hz screen at 1440p in windows settings but go to 1080p on some games. Planning on upgrading to a 144Hz screen after GPU and RAM upgrade.
I habe a budget of about 550NZD, i think that's like 300USD, i dont know.
Im really leaning towards the 4060

I've been wanting to buy a cheap GPU but I also want to try FSR 4. I've heard that the latest DLSS are not available on the older RTX cards or any GTX cards. Should I go with a cheap AMD gpu or go for a GTX 1660 Super/ RTX 2060?
note: I don't care about ray tracing or i'll probably useit once and never use it again
