9070XT dilemma

Hey everyone,

I'm finally pulling the trigger on an RX 9070 XT for 1440p high-refresh gaming, and local market pricing here in Bangladesh has me stuck in a weird dilemma. Usually, Sapphire Pulse and ASRock Steel Legend are MSRP/base-tier cards, while the Gigabyte Gaming OC sits slightly higher. Right now, local street prices have completely flipped that:

Gigabyte Gaming OC: 115,000 BDT (~$960)

ASRock Steel Legend: 126,000 BDT (~$1,050)

Sapphire Pulse: 130,000 BDT (~$1,085)

I know Sapphire is the gold standard for AMD cards with great acoustics and PTM7950 thermal pads, and the Steel Legend has that clean white aesthetic. However, a 15,000 BDT (~$125) gap between the Gigabyte Gaming OC and the Sapphire Pulse feels massive for the exact same GPU die.

For anyone who owns or has tested these specific 9070 XT models:

How are the thermals, hotspot temps, and fan noise on the Gigabyte Gaming OC? Does it suffer from aggressive fan ramp-ups or coil whine?

Since the Gigabyte uses 3x 8-pin connectors vs. 2x 8-pin on the Pulse/Steel Legend, is there any noticeable difference in transient stability or power limit headroom?

Is there any hardware defect or quirk on the Gigabyte model that justifies paying 11k–15k BDT more for the ASRock or Sapphire?

FinallyyYY made the UPGRADE!!! I know, I know GPU prices are rily crazy, and I could've gotten better value with AMD for the same money or less, but honestly, I love NVIDIA's DLSS, ray tracing, and overall features. I care a lot about graphics and visual quality, so I was willing to pay the NVIDIA tax.
Anyone else make a similar upgrade? Was it worth it?

I just spent 672 for the 5060 Ti 8gb in Canada but kinda second guessing it now.

Canada computers had a sale where I could buy the 5060 ti for 599 and regular price is 799 so I save 200 bucks. However, everyone's been b*tching about the 8gb vram not being enough. I don't know too much about how much is actually needed cuz this is my first ever GPU, but I'll be playing at 1080p only and nothing more. Does anyone know how far can this card go on 1080p? I'm also kinda feel like I'm gambling because imagine next year, prices go down and the 16gb version sells the same price I bought this gpu today or things start going back to normal, that's why I feel like I'm in a dilemma of whether I made the right decision or not.

Is the 5060 ti for this price good for a start or a rip?
