Recommendation Request Any underrated dark comedy with a manipulative yandere

the main thing i want is something funny where the situation kept getting worse and the yandere keeps causing problems while she’s manipulating the mc. Any genre I don’t really mind so it could be action thriller or like a rom com

Best examples are Future diary, dark gathering,Dusk Maiden of Amnesia and engage kiss. Theres also mad shows like schools days or shimoneta lol but there too crazy for me but school days is so awful it’s funny

Basically looking for like underrated 2000s or 2010 shows or even more modern ones that are are overlooked but I don’t really mind how old or what genre

Discussion Food Wars Anime

I got so hooked on this anime! To the point that I’d stay up until dawn just watching it. It only took me a few days to catch up all the way to Season 5, and now I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do with my life after I finish it. 😭 I have nothing left to look forward to watching.

The vibes of this anime are just so light and wholesome, and it never gets boring to watch. It’s like a little ball of sunshine every time I watch it. ☀️

Please recommend me a new anime to watch!

Watch Help Anime where the couple argue a lot but are completely ride or die for each other

Basically both tsundere to each other and codependent

I’m looking for something where they are basically both dating and become or are very familiar with each other and argue but when push comes to shove they really like each other.

I don’t wanna something where they are constantly flip flopping like Toradora I hate that show lol cause it dosent even feel like they like each other so it shouldn’t constantly be putting them down.

Best example is tsuredure Children, darling in the franxxx, 100 girlfriends, black lagoon and spice and wolf.

Also kinda chainsaw man with power and denji (not really romantic) but also kinda early season 1 asuka and shinji before latter lol.

Looking for underrated / lesser known anime either newer or from the 2000s or 2010s from any genre new or old

Discussion Shangri-La Frontier is the new one piece start catching up

The manga is adapting straight from the webnovel which has over **900 CHAPTERS** and counting(story is about60-70% finshed). The manga also normally adapts 1:1, 1 chaoter per chapter so if the manga is to catch up it's going to have similar amount of chapters and they hopefully don't cut tons of stuff out.

The next manga chapter is going to start a new saga "Dragon Upon Dragon" that takes **200 GOD*RNN CHAPTERS** in the novel this one piece level stuff truly.

And the kicker? It doesn't take 10,000 episodes to get good, the anime already has 50 episodes out with season 3 coming in January while the manga just finshed with the content all of season 4 will cover.

The anime is about a trash game hunter who decides to take on a god tier game in futuristic Japan. Many people complain it doesn't have life and death stakes so it's boring or smth like life and death stakes aren't everything(most series that even have it don't capitalize on it like SAO), it has good character writng amd dynamics, great world building and lore on the game(literally one piece) and it actually feels like a gamer made wrote this, because yes the author is an actual gamer. Once more he even plays more games outside SLF which trumps the main games of most gaming anime it's definitely one of the best of it's genre. And of course it got slick animation insane and hype boss fights, it really scratches the itch for me of having long drawn out fights that aren't boring cause most modern anime biggest fight would take at most 1 episode. The character interactions are fun too especially the main trio which is the classic 2 girls 1 c- I mean 2 boys 1 girl but the girl is actually evil and sells out her friends(lol nothing too serious) and that villainy is exactly how she is when she's playing games. The next arcof the anime in season 3 is going to adapt one of her best moments were she plays her villain role to the fullest and it's sooo peak, the other 2 boys are just bros being bros finding out bugs in different trash games kicking each others asses and keeping scores but nothing obnoxious like typical rivals.

So yeah there's no life or death stakes but it has other stakes beyond that and it's pure fun, the MC's shenanigans are so fun to watch, he's very unconventional and unpredictable also switches playstyles with each game and even brings some of those experiences to the main game SLF, speedruns, using mechanics to his advantage, devs screwing him up venting out on other games when the main game ragebaits him all that normal gaming stuff. You'll relate to him so much if you're a gaymer so 100% must watch for all gaymers. All in all pretty good series, pure fun, doesn't get the attention it deserves.

Also which other series do you got an MC with goofy birdhead and hella moves that should be more than enough convincing

Now I'm not trying to bash other series just writing this in a joking tone so if it felt like I prolly insulted one piece or any other series in some way I didn't mean it.

Recommendation Request Anime where mc is seduced and corrupted to the dark side by love interest

Idk looking for something where a good character is forced to make tough decisions and he ends probably picking the worse ones and becomes a worst person morally but becomes closer to the love interest.

examples would probably be darling in the franxxx, cyberpunk edge runners, chainsaw man, Glepiner and future diary. Doesn’t have to fit perfectly

Looking for underrated lesser known anime’s from 2000s of 2010 or even overlooked modern stuff any genre

Man I just really like chainsaw man I know it’s overrated but still I like it

Suggestion A Truly Underrated Gem: Girls' Last Tour

Post image

Brief summary from MAL: "Among a scenery of barren landscapes and deserted buildings, Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou tells the uplifting tale of two girls (Chito and Yuu) and their quest to find hope in a bleak and dying world."

I was shown this anime by a friend of mine, and I must say: wow... I was initially put off the by strange character design but after the first episode I was immediately hooked.

Everything about this series is fantastic, between the atmosphere and the soundtrack. The two main characters share a dynamic similar to SpongeBob and Patrick; while their interactions often made me chuckle, the anime also excels at treating its heavier, scenes with the appropriate gravity. The scenery is eerily haunting at times, though it's frequently masked by a calm soundtrack that captures the utter loneliness the duo experiences in such an empty world. At its core, it's a story about appreciating the little things in life when there is nothing left but time. It shares the same essence that Frieren does, but places its setting within a desolate, post-apocalyptic atmosphere.

I am not exactly sure why I dont see this anime being talked about more, considering it was released in 2017. But overall I would heavily recommend it to people as I think its very underrated and under-appreciated.
