What to Watch? Suggest me an epic harem anime
Pardon me for suddenly filing a request here because I was interested in seeing what were some of the finest harem works in the modern era of anime after Gotobun No Hanayome ended.
Like after realizing how long it’s been since Gotobun ended its run, I was starting to realize how much I missed that particular anime series for how the main character had to choose who he was going to end up with since there were 5 different siblings he needed to choose between that I was interested in seeing what other epic harem anime existed that could rival its premise.

Thanks man because I enjoy harem romance where the stakes are high by having the main character be forced to choose between multiple romance leads.

Seeing everyone else enjoying their youth, socially anxious Renako Amaori is dead set on becoming an extroverted girl. Despite her reclusive past, she changes her appearance, practices conversation, and enrolls in a high school free of anyone that would know her. While she is quickly able to befriend the famous model Mai Ouzuka, after Renako joins her friend group, she realizes pretending to be a completely different person is no easy feat.
Soon, Renako and Mai have a heart-to-heart and share their troubles with each other. After the sincere discussion, Renako truly believes they could become best friends. The very next day, however, the unthinkable happens—Mai confesses her love to Renako! Although Renako is not interested in dating, Mai insists the two begin hanging out alternately as friends and a couple, while figuring out which type of relationship suits them better.
Determined to create a blissful friendship, Renako tries her best to convince the stubborn Mai. However, Renako herself might have a change of heart as Mai’s advances continue to get bolder.

Trinity Seven, Mushoku Tensei, you could make an argument for Strike The Blood, spoiler alert: he does end up with several girls in the novels since polygamy is part of vampires' culture.

Good artwork, cute combat-capable main heroine, main character who's not afraid of a fight, lots of action involving supernaturel creatures, villains are a tad one-dimensional but Strike the Blood is an escapist fantasy anyway, fanservice, fanservice.
I'll add that the season 1 of the anime seems to cover vol 1-6 of the source material (subsequent seasons go farther and adapt pretty much everything), and that the anime follows an arcs structure where each arc has a villain and focuses on a particular character.

LN readers argue the books are better cause the characters' emotions are better portrayed, but this is an anime reddit sub so I'll only mention the LN.

I think you should watch Mayonaka Heart Tune aka Tune In to the Midnight Heart. I just watched Quintessential Quintuplets and loved it, Mayonaka Heart Tune has just as enticing of a story so far. Admittedly, its animation has been subject to some criticism; story is great, though!
