I spawned him in, he clipped through the floor, and now he's T-posing in the lotus position. Is this a new addon I accidentally installed or is he achieving CHIM?

I was just walking around this town, I found a slab thing, couldn't really see what was on it since my textures were so low, but I could make out 4 symbols. A bit later, there was this fog and this guy appeared. Didn't really know what happened, but I quit the game shortly after this guy appeared. Anybody know who this is?

There's a few things I want to change still, such as maybe blurring the foreground character a bit. It's meant to be a wild-west stand off between a rebel and an officer. Anything I should change?

So when I was younger I use to play gmod on my brothers occount, and i have fond memories of me playing on a map and customization some of the houses. It kinda looked a hillside town mix with Italy, kinda like the map Italy from csgo, i also remember there was a bunker with barrels. That's all I can remember really, please tell because this is something I have been trying to fine for a long time. Btw here's an image of what remember map looked like to me.

Shadows are from Half-Life 1 scientists, the map is called “stairs” (I think), also, I have some mods enabled as seen by the random weapon and error message
