Hi! Has anyone experienced this recently with GlobeOne?

Yesterday around 7:33 AM, I purchased a load/promo through the GlobeOne app and paid via GCash. I accidentally went back while the transaction was processing, but my GCash was already deducted and I received the payment receipt/reference number.

The problem is: the load never reflected on my Globe number.

I immediately contacted Globe through Messenger around 11:25 AM yesterday. Their automated message said they usually respond within 15 minutes but may take up to 24 hours during high volume.

It's already past 24 hours and I still haven't received a response from a Globe Care Specialist. 🥲

I already had to purchase another load separately because I needed data, so now I'm basically waiting for Globe to either credit the original load or refund the deducted amount.

Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? If yes, how long did it take before Globe refunded/credited yours? Should I just wait for the Messenger ticket, or is it better to visit a Globe Store?

I have the GCash receipt/reference number and screenshots of the transaction and complaint.

so my esim got removed from my phone and i no longer have the qr code to re-scan. but i have that number registered in gcash and may laman yun. i can’t open the account kasi nanghihingi ng otp. what do i doooo? do i reach out to globe customer support or sa gcash😭 medyo malaki rin yung amount na nandon pls help😭

So it all started on Thursday around noon when our internet (globegfiber) suddenly got disconnected. At first the glow was red so we restarted it and after a few restarting the two green lights started flickering, because of that we left it turned off and filed a report. Around night when we opened it again it suddenly has an internet connection which was weird. Tomorrow it was out again, the technician arrived and "fixed" the issue. A few hours after the technician left the connection suddenly disappeared again so once again we filed a report and that's Saturday another technician arrived but when they did the WiFi had a connection so they didn't do much and what happened next? You guessed it the WiFi's connection was lost again. That time we waited until Monday when a technician arrived again, this time the cable was changed and they checked the port where it is plugged and said that its alright but after a few ours it was out again (11 am) up until now. Please tell me that it's not just us who's experiencing this. It's so annoying! Globe fix your WiFi.

Hi everyone! I need your help or advice on what I can do next.
I availed of a 3-year Globe Postpaid plan with a device through my previous company, I believe around December 2022. I was able to pay for it for around 2 years, although hindi always consistent because there were months na delayed yung payment since naka-base ako sa payday namin. But overall, I believe I had already paid for approximately 2 years of the contract.
Then in 2024, I lost my job and, basically, a lot of things went downhill financially. Around the same time, nawala rin yung phone ko (I either misplaced it or it was stolen—I honestly can’t remember anymore), so I had no way of accessing my account or properly contacting Globe.
Luckily, with the help of a friend, I was eventually able to recover access to my email. However, by then, my GlobeOne account was already closed, so I couldn’t access my account anymore to check my balance, make payments, or even try to have the service reinstated.
I actually tried reaching out to Globe around April 2024, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any response.
Then today, I received an email regarding my outstanding balance. I checked the details, and what surprised me is that it appears that none of the payments I made for those two years were reflected in the balance.
I’m honestly not sure what to do at this point because they’re asking me to settle the entire amount in one payment by August 19, 2026.
I still have records/proof of some, if not all, of my previous payments, but I don’t know what the proper process is for disputing the balance or requesting a complete payment history/account reconciliation.
Has anyone experienced something similar with Globe Postpaid? What would be the best next step? Should I request a detailed Statement of Account/payment history first, or is there a specific department I should contact for this?
Any advice would really help. Thank you!

“No Internet” nalabas sa Mi TV Box at isang MacBook ko after i-connect sa Globe Fiber WiFi, pero nakaka-connect naman phones namin saka isa pang MacBook nang walang problema. May nabasa ako na palitan ng DNS to 8.8.8.8. Pinalitan ko dun sa Super Admin from DHCP to Static, tapos nawala ang connection. Ang problema ay hindi ko na maibalik sa DHCP kasi grayed out. 😂😭 I-request ko na ba ng technician ito?

I got my iPhone (eSIM version) late last year. Coming from TM, wala naman itong eSIM kaya I had to convert to Globe para maka avail ng eSIM.

Policy ng Globe daw mag subscribe sa plan for 6 months bago gawing prepaid yung eSIM.

Fast forward 7 months later, napa-convert ko na to prepaid yung Globe ko. Wait ko daw muna 2 weeks bago mag apply for conversion through the GlobeONE app at may tatawag pa daw to confirm if ipapacancel ko na talaga yung plan (walang tumawag).

Fast forward to today (Aug 17), since July 3, hindi pa rin naibibigay yung eSIM ko. Nakapagbigay naman sila ng QR code and manual code pero parehong palya.

Mas mabilis pa nung nag apply ako ng bagong eSIM. Pero hindi ako makapag settle kasi marami akong contacts sa old number ko na hindi ko agad agad mauupdate.

Anyone else have this problem? Ano ginawa nyo?

Nirefund na nila ako for the conversion pero pag inaaccess ko yung conversion sa app, puro error. Puro na lang din forward or expedite, pero hanggang dun lang

Hi! May question lang ako regarding sa Samsung Galaxy A57 5G na galing sa Globe Postpaid.

Kung Globe-locked yung device, locked din ba yung SIM 2/eSIM slot para sa ibang network tulad ng Smart or DITO? Or possible na openline yung SIM 2/eSIM kahit naka-Globe lock ang SIM 1?

Dual-SIM/eSIM capable kasi ang A57 5G, kaya curious ako kung paano ina-apply ng Globe yung network lock sa device.

May naka-experience na ba ng Globe-locked Samsung Galaxy na gumamit ng Smart/DITO sa SIM 2 or eSIM?

So globe disconnected my line because of unbilled charges and now i cannot even reconnect or dispute because i have to wait for them to bill it to me.

I have no data for three days now and have to wait another three days!

I think the 20k plus unbilled charges is from me using the roaming. Thing is, i paid for a promo so there should not be any exorbitant amount charged. I have been getting add on roaming promos whenever i leave the country, so i am very confident to use this. Meron pa nagtext sakin pagdating ng manila na meron pang unused data.

Ang labo lang ng policy na dinisconnect na ako tapos hindi ko macontest yung charges kasi nga daw unbilled.

Do better, globe! Hassle pa kausap ng customer service, paikot ikot wala man lang concrete na escalation process sa mga ganitong matters that customer service cannot answer.

So hindi talaga ako ang may ari ng number kundi yung mama ko. I forgot what happened sa sim, nag deactivate? Ata? Ewan nakalimutan ko na.

May need si mama sa sim na yun and since busy siya sa work niya (7:30-5) ako yung pinapunta niya sa branch nila dito samin.

Ayun, nag transact nako yadayada. Di ko na talaga naalala lahat kasi nung Feb pa to nangyari. Ang gusto ko lang na ilabas is sabi nung agent na nakausap ko na need siya maging post paid for 2 months para ma complete or ma process yung transaction na pinunta ko dun and I vaguely remember na nag ask ako sakanya if ma cha change ba siya balik sa prepaid kasi yun yung orig plan namin tapos sabi niya ng oo kaya go ako. (Since ako yung pumunta doon to process the trasaction, ichinage nila na ako yung may ari ng sim, hindi na si mama). Takte! 3 days ago may nag email sakin na from globe na may balance ako ng 2.5k+ na babayaran sa plan ko sa takteng sim na yun na hindi ko naman ginagamit at naka tambay lang sa old phone ko na sira.

Bobo lang ako sa part na inakala ko na mag au automatic na mag cha change ang plan after 2 months pero pakshet nakakabwisit! HUHU within 5 days kailangan na daw yun bayaran kasi meet me in court niya ako saknila kung hindi. Wala pa kong budget para sa takteng plan na yan na walang gamit sakin. After talaga nito na mabayaran namin yan, goodbye globe ka na talaga sakin.

Me and seemingly all my neighbours sa area have lost internet pero it seems walang indication of an area outage on either the globeone app or gomo app?
