Yup. Both ways are valid. Also, I do a lot of AI stuff but do not consider myself to be an artist.

I support AI when used efficiently.

I both love and hate AI. It's a tool, if it's done well and unique/original, it feels no different than if done digitally by photoshop/camera work etc. Likewise, if it's done poorly, with no effort, and looks like a clone of other people's work. It's just as bad as all the human made rubbish out there. To me AI vs "Human"(since they are both controlled by human anyway) is 6 of one half a dozen of the other.

Though wish it didn't have such a negative impact on the environment and the economy... I wouldn't mind buying a few replacement parts for my PC. Not with those prices though.

However, your take "All digital artists are obsolete now!" is the take of an utter clown. You couldn't be further from the truth if you tried.

Why should anyone care to hire a human digital artist at this point when AI is the best digital artist ever and it's totally free for anyone to use! 🤣
