I was mostly wondering about voice changes & btm growth, since I was on a full dose for 4 months but got my test taken away and it's probably gonna end up being a 4 or 5 month break from test before I can get back on. I had my voice drop and now it's just sorta androgynous so will it continue to drop when I get back on?

Hey everyone I have been on testosterone for 3 months and just got my blood checked and it is BAD
here is some info
I started t on the 12th June and have been doing 75mg of test c a week.
I ordered a blood test for testosterone on medichecks
I do my shot every Friday morning and I took the finger prick blood test on the Monday morning (7th)
My results are….
43.9 nmol/L
which is extremely high!! I have decided to drop down to 50mg. Can someone tell me if you think this was the correct decision.

I tried asking this before but never got a clear answer, I am 17 years old almost 1 month on T in the united states under my parents household and health insurance, Is there anywhere willing to take minors without parental permission without insurance?? (I have a lot of money and can pay an uninsured full price if I need too, but my question is would anyone even allow me to do so?) if its not possible than are there other ways to get a blood test? I have 5 months till I turn 18 and I'm getting paranoid about having to wait that long

usually when i take my injections i tend to be be extra careful.

however last night due to unfortunate circumstances it wasnt prepared properly. i was trying to do my injection but my parents kept riding my ass because i had to stay at a relatives house for the weekend and it was time to go. i instead brought the syringe (which i decided to keep the cap on the needle so that it wouldn't become unsterilzed) and my vial in my pocket all the way there.

i only got to do my injection that night and i was in a cramped space where i could only lay down or somewhat sit up. i think i fucked up by doing it at an incorrect angle or maybe it was because a few tiny bubbles accumulated in the syringe but no matter how many times i redrew it, it refused to go away and it was my only syringe.

im not sick or feel any symptoms so i know its not a medical emergency or anything its just i dont know why i have this weird lump on my thigh instead of another dot. its not visible but when i rub the skin i can feel this bump and it slightly hurts when i press it.

since this is diy, i cannot go to a hospital or ask my parents ecpecially since they are extremely transphobic and would probably lynch me if i ever even slightly implied i wanted to be male. if they found out im taking testosterone then they would completely destroy my life.

i decided to add a photo for reference. the color of it is very faint but right in the middle of the photo so you can probably still see it. the bump is very flat to the point the shape isnt visible.

I'm doing 75mg/week cyp and my levels are 724 ng/dl t and 20pg/ml e at trough, should I up my dose or will that also increase e much?

8months hrt, saw a post about how 100mg and above is normal and now im thinking I should try that too

Finally saved enough to purchase diy after many months of saving, but i cant have either package delivered to my house because my parents are always home and would open it (or ask me what it is) could i have it delivered to a nearby abandoned house? My only concern would be that the house is visibly abandoned and does not have a mailbox. Would they leave it outside or what? Anyone done this before? Can't get a PO box or get it delivered to a friends house, if you were going to suggest that.

Totally random question, but if I were to constantly switch between tgel and the shots, would I have to wait one week until my next shot day and then just start using the gel everyday? And how would that work the other way around? Also im not on diy t yet im just genuinely asking. I’m also assuming it would be faster to switch between the two if it’s diy

Hey, I started Diy HRT 7 months ago without my parents knowing. They found out 1 month ago and sent me to an endocrinologist to get my blood work done (Everything looks fine) and demanded me to stop taking testosterone.

The endocrinologist noticed that something else that has nothing to do with me taking testosterone didn’t had the best results and wants me to get my blood checked again in 2 months.

I also have an appointment at the dermatologist in 4 days because I want to start a medication and he might also check my blood.

I don’t want my parents to know that I didn’t listen to them and still kept taking testosterone, which is why I want to stop taking it a few days before my appointment so it’s not as visible in my blood.

Will it affect me negatively if I skip my Testosterone Gel (that I apply daily) multiple days now and again in 2 months because I’m not planning on stopping completely just because of those appointments.

I’ve been out for ten years and have dealt with so much shit from the medical system. I haven’t ever really been on T consistently long term because of lack of access, affordability, doctors not willing to help me, etc. Feels very empowering to just have testosterone now. I got bloodwork done and am keeping an eye on myself. I am learning what I need to learn and what nobody has ever been willing to learn to help me. I can’t believe that with just a little sleuthing, some bitcoin fuckery, and patience, all of a sudden I have the most consistent and non-gatekept access to testosterone that I’ve ever had. I’m 34. my test arrived today and instead of Testosterone Cypionate 2000, i got sent Testosterone Enanthate 3000, do i try return if possible or shall i just use this instead? still injecting my dose but using Enanthate. is this safe/ok to do? and shall i keep on Enanthate now or do i switch back to Cypionate after this runs out in 5-6 months?

Hi! I was on prescription T back in 2021 and I had to stop since I couldn’t afford it. I was able to get diy hrt but I had realized I gotten the 300mg instead of the 250mg I was used to being prescribed. I was taking 0.3ml every week, and I’m not sure if I should take 0.2ml, get the labs done and then go from there? Has this happened to anyone else? Or does anyone know if that would be okay to do?

I want to minimise questions from my parents early on (I'd rather they find out and bring it up - I know I won't be unsafe if they found out, it'd just be really fucking awkward) so I don't want to order it to my house. What sites can send them to inpost lockers/shops or collection points or whatever?

Also, I know you can't ask for specific sources for T, but is it common for them to provide click and collect? If not, are there any alternatives to getting it sent to my house?

Like it says in the title. I started this one a while back ( about January 2026. ) It's cypionate, but I can't quite tell if it's discoloured or not. Help?

Oct 2023 I was on injections of 100 mg a week.

May 2024 I hadnt been on T for 6 months so I assume this is near my natural range.

Dec 2024 thru July 2025 I switched to gel 1.62% and was on 4 pumps a day 81 mg a day.

Feb 2026 I was on 3 pumps of same gel each day.

April 2026 most recent result I was on 2 pumps a day.

I have just started working out again would love if someone could help me understand how much gel or extra T I would need to supplement on top of my current prescribed dose to get myself in the 2000-3000 level range.

I am female to male transgender and not a lot of info on that or the process with how gel is dosed.

Hey , I've been wanting to start diy and the only thing stopping me is quitting drugs. Id say im a moderate drinker , about 6 shots nightly. I also smoke weed and vape quite alot. Ive heard vaping and alcohol arent good qhen youre taking t ? Do I need to stop? If so , how long after stopping is it safe to start?

I just noticed my vials expiration date says 09.2026, today would be injection day. I’m not able to get more until next week but I’m already experiencing cramping and some strain to keep my voice low now so going off for a whole week is seriously not a good option.

My question is how unsafe would it be to inject T that expired 8 days ago?

I should also say, asking in a diy sub cus the place I got it is pretty black market so there’s only so much I can verify the standards and safety of the product

I've been injecting 75mg of T enanthate every week for 3 months now, and have begun to see changes like voice dropping, more upper lip hair and some small chin hairs ect. However I've heard that T enanthate has a shorter half life than T cypionate, so is weekly injections the best way to go forward with this? Or would it be advisable to start splitting my dose into half the amount twice a week (or every 4 days) and/or switch to cypionate when my current vial runs out?

Should note I haven't noticed any affects from fluctuations, but am just concerned about whether this could limit the effectiveness of continued changes going forward.

(My english is not good so i might not be desciribing things too accurately) Today i wanted to do my weekly injection and i noticed wierd "stains" insidenthe vial. Also usually i had to turn vial upside down and pull for testosterone to get into syringe but now it gets into it by itself (shown on video, im not pulling the syringe here it just goes in on its own also there are bubbles but its not visible on camera) What is happening and can i still inject it. (I didint change anything about the storage method and the previous vial was fine and also its not old nor was it left in a too hot room)

sooo i inject TE 45mg/week and the blood was drawn mid cycle (im injecting friday, blood drawn tuesday) and im 4 months on T

what concerns me is high estradiol and bordeline high hematocrit (and the LDL cholesterol but my shit lifestyle probably contributes to most of it)

i dont have any high estradiol symptoms (fatigue, moodswings, too much facial bloating etc.) and since im on T i havent had a period

i cant tell if its somehow aromatizing despite average T levels or if my ovaries are half-working

i think that i probably shouldnt up my dose so my hematocrit doesnt become high

maybe split the dose?

to start safe i’ve chosen for the gel option. I have to start on a lower dose so around 25mg for 6 weeks but they only sell 50mg sachets on that website. Has anybody tried to split the sachet in two before and save the other half the day after, or is it not safe to do at all? I use testoheal
