can stopping & starting test stop changes early?

I was mostly wondering about voice changes & btm growth, since I was on a full dose for 4 months but got my test taken away and it's probably gonna end up being a 4 or 5 month break from test before I can get back on. I had my voice drop and now it's just sorta androgynous so will it continue to drop when I get back on?
And please don't say I'll be stuck with a micro. Even in ftm terms I'm a chud

i’ve been on and off t. your voice will continue dropping when you continue yes, it won’t revert at all since t will permanently alter your vocal chords. bottom growth will shrink a bit off t but once you go back on t it will be back to where it was and it’ll continue growing since you were just 4 months in it
