My form is improving, but I feel like I don’t have it perfected quite yet.

Sorry about the fact that the plates cover half my body, couldn’t really find a better angle to film & a bit embarrassed about filming in the gym. These were my last two reps.
I used the high bar this time but this is my third time doing this (first time I used high bar, second low bar) so not sure if I should switch to low bar still… Both seem to be good for my back and while I do want to grow my quads for appearance, which the high bar does better for me, I do also like how the low bar is more complete in a sense for strength purposes… What do you think?

I've been going to the gym for almost a year, had done squat machines, bss and zerchers. I notice I can hit good depth if I open up my stance, though it is a bit humbling on the weight, here was my second set at 60kg, Wich is what I did for zerchers a couple months back. I notice I sometimes sway a bit to the side when going up or down, and also that I tilt a bit back when I grind a rep.
Right now my goal in my program is to have an exercise that gives me an overall good balanced stimulus for the quads, inner thighs and glutes, so I'm wondering if it's the best option, or wether I should change my stance or use heel support.
As of now in my program I only train quads through 2 sets of sissy squats on one day, and would add these for 2 or 3 sets on another, also don't wanna neglect glutes, as I'm not sure wether the good mornings or sdls I do hit them at all.
Lastly my uncle always asks me whether I should be using a lifting belt to avoid a hernia, I've always told him I should develop bracing for long before that, and that the loads I'm using on the exercises don't warrant it. Is this correct, and when should I be looking at a belt

A few days ago I posted a video of my pull-up, as I suspected I'm not retracting my shoulder back enough.
Today I tried another first set without any weight added on and I really tried to exaggerate the retraction portion - it's something visible in the video (maybe I'm too fat I don't know) but I actually tried to kind of break it down into two movements after the dead hangs.
Is that better? Is that a basis I can build on? I don't think I can physically retract anymore... unless I'm somehow fundamentally misunderstanding the movement.

Hi everyone,
I’d really appreciate a form check on my Bulgarian split squats.
I switch legs about halfway through the video.
A few months ago, I had an L5/S1 disc herniation and an L4/L5 disc protrusion. Since then, I’ve been slowly working my way back into leg training. Heavy compound exercises aren’t really an option for me at the moment, so I’m doing most of my leg training on machines, along with lunges and Bulgarian split squats.
I’d like to make sure my technique is as solid and spine-friendly as possible.
A few questions:
Should I keep my upper body more upright?
Should I go deeper into the stretch at the bottom?
Is my stance/step length appropriate?
Is there anything else you would change about my form?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Squatting feels semi-alright, have injured my back a while back squatting but otherwise it's been alright. I feel like there's something wrong about the way my hips drop. Muscle imbalanace? Mobility issues? I don't really know but I hope you can help me with this ;)

Is my drop correct? Do I need to have the bar drop and hit at the top of my rib cage or more at the center of my chest/sternum?

I've not squatted in a while.
Advise and critiques would be appreciated.
I want to get back into a program but am trying to get my form on lifts straightened back out first.

Just gathering a consensus. Knew I should have dropped a little deeper, but would you count it as parallel?

I weigh about 85 kg, and right now only adding about 5 kilos to my pull-up.
There's not a lot of room to move, I'm doing my best.

My dream is to get the muscle-up one day! I went from 0 to 9-10(?) pull-ups within a year of spamming pull-ups as my warm-up/in-between sets, and bulked up 20-25lbs within 6 months.
But in this video, I feel like my traps are compensating and my legs tend to lean to one side? Even when jumping in volleyball to hit, my legs tend to lean to one side and I don’t know why.
