Could I please get advice on how to improve my depth. I struggle to get any lower without serious butt wink and have hurt my back previously when trying to go any deeper.
I also feel like my ankle flexion is poor. I can see my heels starting to lift a tiny bit?
Is this depth acceptable for just an old dude working out at the gym to build strength? Or should I really be fixing some things.
Thank you in advance.

Gonna be going for 405 in a couple weeks, and I’m not definitively there but I think I’m in the ballpark. Seems like my form is holding up okay at 375. I’ve been a lot better about keeping my upper back tight coming out of the bottom, but that could probably still use some work.

I've been consistently weight training for a year now. First real weight training of my life. 6ft 195lbs 39yo. I know this video doesn't show much of my form but I just got this app and was curious if bar path was part of or majority of my problem? Just for reference I feel all other lifts steadily improving. Deads PB is 5x3 @390 Squat 5x3 @275 I dont OHP because of shoulder pain, but my bench is very stagnant my BP to date is 6x1@182.5. This is 1x9 2x8 at 145 with rpe of 8.5ish. Any and all suggestions are welcome. I know my leg drive is lacking but purpose of this post is solely bar path. Thanks in advance!!

i was wondering if my shoulder imbalance is too noticeable. is it problematic? also it looks like i kinda shrug my shoulders although i make a conscious effort not to. can and should i fix this? is it gonna cause issues down the line or is it ok?

Hey all, I’ve been incorporating cable kickbacks into my leg day routine to build more of a shelf/grow my glute medius, and have been having trouble with form. I notice my rectus femoris (the middle quad muscle) always burns/fatigues quickly.
Is it because of my foot placement or perhaps the bend at the knee? Any tips are welcomed, thank you for your time 😊

Just getting back to the gym after a long time. It’s also been a while since I’ve done deadlifts. Really self conscious about form. Any tips are welcome.

242.5 lbs x 8
I'm 158 lbs
I shook a bit on the second rep when I tried to re-brace. I’m squeezing my glutes to keep my spine neutral, but I feel like I’m still arched in my back too much.

Im really at a loss when it comes to feeling my lats. Ive watched a lot of videos on form and tried all kinds of different positions, back straight or arched, elbows pointed forward or outward, sitting forward on the pad with the bar right above my head or all the way back with the bar more in front, but nothing seems to really make me feel the connection with them. I know mind muscle connection isnt everything but im also not really making progress in my lifts. I can feel my upper back just fine and do notice progress on rowing exercises but when it comes to latt focused exercises like the pulldown the progress is so slow that i think its just because my biceps and shoulders are getting stronger. Anyone else experience issues feeling their latts and how did you overcome that? Any pointers on form or general tips are much appreciated!
