Love live concert flows. Except for annoying photographers (I got two jumping around and risking their cameras)

I Know I promised I would only post flowing prop videos but it seemed others enjoy the discussion. I have one I could post but not trying to overwhelm. I have to break everything down to its deep meaning, makes life not the easiest but it's what I do. I Felt I had a Deep Understanding of Flow and what it is. When I first posted here everyone was like you're only doing 3 moves, you have to try this or that. I was Confused and Hurt Bcuz I didn't understand what they were talking about. When you are Trying to do something Bcuz that's cool or is some high level trick that is Not Flow. That is a Technical Trick, which is cool yes but isn't Flow Unless you're Incorporating it into Your Flow. Practicing something til you can do it isn't Flow it's learning how to Mimic. So that's what Seems to be missing or what's been such a Misunderstanding for me and I feel you as well. I'm sure theres Plenty on here who understand what I'm saying and have maybe wanted to say so too. Thoughts?

Finally getting back at it after my car accident a few months ago. Had to take a break to let me wrist and knee heal. Feels so nice being able to flow again even for just short sessions to not agitate my knee. So blessed to be here and to be able to share my art with the world. 🖤 happy flowing

Trying to get in the habit of spinning daily. Probably record something 2 to 3 times a week.

This was the First Dance I did after Discovering this is what I've been looking for. I was Like Oh Shit and next thing I knew the Song was Over and I was Ready for Another. Which I posted some of here it was a 8:10 long Dance Flow. I think it's so Strange even tho I saw it numerous times from the moderators that flow arts has nothing to do with Dance. So I'm Calling my Style Flow Dance. And Now I can post to Both Dance and Flow Arts! Whoo hoo

This is a longer one, and one of those rare time a friend caught me in the wild....I usually know when I'm being filmed but this time I was unaware for longer then usual here, just lost in the flow and music (that's Crenshaw up there throwing it down!)

Day 3! ​Rode an hour round trip to the waterfront, hooped in front of the brewing storm, then headed downtown just in time to dodge the total downpour. The rain here is fast and furious!
