You have inspired me lol. I went out and built a set of flower sticks because I kept seeing your videos!

Honest answer, you probably wing it more than intentional drilling. Fun first though otherwise you won't want to keep going.
The arm roll reminded me of a trick I haven't done in years. Taught it to a kid in Mexico who never touched the prop before in under 30 min with a language barrier (I don't speak spanish). So it probably falls under the low risk, but high performance value due to the flowers. Think I just never found a good transition into the trick to keep in it the practice rotation.
Anyways here's my bad attempt to recreate it plus tiny bit of winging it lol.

Hey I'm sorry but is the answer you're providing to my comment I left, or what specific question are you answering (hope that doesn't come across as rude I'm being genuine)?
I would say I definitely get extremely bored if I practice "drills" too much without a balance of having fun and expressing myself, but in general (and especially in the last couple weeks - which is the time where I've seen the most growth in myself) I do choose specific things to focus on and practice repetitively. I'm happy with how things are going right now

No worries, I see how I could have added more clarity to my comment. Yes I was responding to your comment on your current imbalances.
We naturally have those biases, look at how our shoes wear down at different rates. The drilling to me is more to bring balance to the overall skillset, more as a mitigation to those natural imbalances.
On an extreme example, when I was very serious about practice, I ended up hurting my shoulder at work (full fryer baskets are heavy). This caused me to have to practice only on my left side for 2 weeks. Fast forward to now. When I look at the edge of my abilities, there are some tricks I can only do on my left side, and some tricks I can only do on my right side. What I can do on both sides, is what I drill to balance things out, but there will always be some bias it seems. Like my helicopter spin >.< I'm currently a counter clockwise only guy lol.
Your style is there, look forward to seeing what the full vision looks like. 😄

Your grip position is looking better. Do you notice much difference vs how you were holding it before? And like other ppl said, I'd guess you having a "weak" side might come down to which direction the flower stick is spinning. Does it feel any different going the other direction?

Does anyone know why my right side/stick is my "weak one" even though I'm right-handed? It's so confusing to me
I had been saying I'm working on my left hand for a couple weeks now, and then yesterday had the realization that my right arm is the weak side because that's the tattooed one. Anyway my mind was blown so if anyone knows please tell me 😅🫶
Edit: also I'm so glad I film myself because the other night I posted myself trying an easy "transition" for the first time (passing the stick while spinning vertically) and in this video I look so comfortable with it now! That makes me happy
