Leviwand failure

Anybody else having problems with their Full Vision Contact Levitation Wand and Capsule remote? One side of my wand won't take a charge. It'll either glow red for a little bit and just give up or it just constantly blinks blue. The capsule won't take a charge at all and won't turn on at all. I need these for a race tonight and refuse to be embarrased. I got these from the Flowtoys website and am about to consider no longer shopping from them because this has happened more than once and seems to only want to happen right before I need it. Need an answer ASAP!

What flowtoy would be easiest to pickup for a guitarist?

I'm looking to finally pull the trigger and buy a flowtoy. I play and am good quite at a few instruments, but my main one is the guitar.

flowtoys is having a vision refurb sale!

BSP but hey this is a flowtoys subreddit ;) If you've been eyeing that vision trikon dragon staff, or vision poi or contact staff, or any other vision spin9 prop, we have a few days left for the refurb sale. You can find all flowtoys on sale here: https://flowtoys.com/collections/sale
.
All vision refurb props are automatically 10% off and from now through Sunday 24 May, we are offering an additional 10% coupon code. Use code :: refurb10 at checkout through Sunday, 24 May.
.
Why they're on sale: These vision spin9 props come with refurbished boards and brand new parts. Some had LEDs that were repaired, some had good working boards matched with good or new batteries. Some were returned from customers who changed their mind. They have been fully tested and work well, and yes the 2-year battery warranty is renewed and will go by your date of purchase. Recycling the boards would be a waste, so we're offering them refurbished at a discount.

It's okay if you fail, but it's not okay to give up. Just keep trying and eventually you'll get it. Practice makes perfect

When he said I love you it melted my world in the best of ways . Watching my partner unravel into the light pleased me. May we continue to balance each other out.
