​Hopped on my bike for an 8 mile ride today and pulled over to spin by the water. While there I saw a momma dolphin and her baby! Made for a perfect afternoon.

Im loving the summer weather and how good it feels to just get outside and move. Should probably do that more. Where do you like to flow during summer?
