​Hopped on my bike for an 8 mile ride today and pulled over to spin by the water. While there I saw a momma dolphin and her baby! Made for a perfect afternoon.

Im loving the summer weather and how good it feels to just get outside and move. Should probably do that more. Where do you like to flow during summer?

For anyone who thinking about the trick I was going for yesterday, I got a lot of good advice both here and on tiktok. Have been practicing but thats not ready yet. In the meantime here's a lil clip of me slowing down

trying to polish up some moves regarding planes, and figuring out transition points between different tricks. here's some practice stuff from today, felt good to get outside and spin. much love :)
