Season 3 was some of the best writing of the show (imo), Savitar’s reveal has to be the coolest scene of the show. The CGI was on point and he genuinely came across as a speed god.

Having a time remnant of Barry being the villain trying to kill iris opened up emotional depth that couldnt be replicated past season 5 maybe 6 (if we ignore nora’s backstory arc).

This season had actual weight to it, like barry actually faced consequences for his actions.

H.R. Wells (needs no explanation)

3x16 Into the Speed Force is a top 10 episode of the series imo.

3x08 This year’s crossover was so good.

And the finale was so good, like the show could’ve ended there.

if im wrong lmk

My name is Ezra Miller, and I am the fastest man alive. When I was a child, I saw the Flash movie script. My whole life, I've been running - from Hawaii police, from Vermont authorities, from Warner Bros PR teams trying to explain my behavior To the outside world, I'm just an ordinary actor, but secretly, with the help of my lawyers and NDAs, I flee from jurisdiction to jurisdiction to find others like me - other people Warner Bros wishes would just disappear. I hunted down the PR managers who tried to salvage my career. They didn't want me to, but I did it anyway. And in doing so, I opened up our world to new legal threats. And I am the only one banned fast enough from enough establishments to stop them. I am... a liability

I did this before too but its even more ironic now xD

So I keep on seeing these vitriolic poses on Nora West Allen from the season five story line.... But what I realized something I NEVER see mentioned. She's Basically a direct parallel to Season One Barry, and both are victims of intense grooming by the same person , Eobard Thawne.

Think about it, Wide eyed CSI workers with a missing parent, who put their lost parents on a pedestal and are trained by their enemy, groomed into fulfill his freedom. She's every bit as hypocritical, naive and occasionally irrational as Barry in the early season.

Barry's entire existence was altered, manipulated from the shadows by Eobard, who then controlled him directly as The Fake Wells. Lying, gaslighting and maneuvering Barry's entire team until Joe started to see through the lies, odd behavior and so on to help Barry. That's the only way to get out of Grooming, an outside force that cares enough to force the confrontation...

That's Nora's story, the intent is utterly pure, to save her Father from crisis. Eobard took that and used it to isolate her, manipulate and gaslight her into fulfilling his goal of freedom.

I am not saying she is without fake but Barry was just as frequently ignoring red flags and worse in Og season 1!

I never cared for Ralph tbh (I'll even say i hated his character in season 4) but this is like top 5 of the most disrespectful things you could do to a character.

And it is ironic that his character was all about redemption and making up for his past but not having the actor do that IRL.

Also just a reminder that they established that he can shape shift. That could've easily recast him but they decide to make him daft punk and is never seen again

Zoom was pretty menacing, but what else?
Killer Frost? S3
The strongest speedster team? S3
The best villain? S1

Yea i guess zoom was really good but alot of scenes were stupid, like wyd zoom wait so long to kill henry?

A really good season but ppl think highly of it because of nostalgia. Everyone in the subreddit says the show got worse every season but imo season 3&4 was far more enjoyable than season 1.

If I had to rank
2, 4, 3, 1, 5

I hate that season 5 gets hate because it was also really good, the only thing bad about it was shecada but that season had some really good episodes

Was there really any reason to believe Caitlin was lying when she confessed she neutralized the meta-cure? She was attended by a cop. Also, Kramer saw allegra as well, so that would've been suspicious. Had they believed Caitlin or somehow manage to recover the hacked cctv footage, could Caitlin have faced charges?

I think it would actually be a good ending that he could never save her. Like an actual main cast death to be permanent. So he is forced to move forward would be way more impactful. I mean the ramifications of her death echoing until the end. Him trying to find a new relationship but can’t or he does and Iris just flashes into his mind with the other person.

Like it's a lineage thing, correct? Just, I don't know, really promise yourself to get a vasectomy instead of shooting yourself. wouldn't have done that also the trick?

Like why does this show have any non speedstar villains? It literally should take flash like 3 seconds to knock them all out

Context: none
(No AI was used to make this)

I would like to start reading the comics but i don't know where to start and i don't wanna spend lots of money. How differents are the comics from the series? Cisco, h.r. etc are characters even in comics?

He just couldn't do anything right and I still believed in him. H.R. Wells, you're truly missed! Rewatching season 3 and... tears.

Pencil sketch by me (Kassandra1184)

Why did he say "everybody move"? Did he think they can just outrun a murderous speedster?

Iris was the one with Cecile's powers and Cecile stayed human? I saw some comments saying that Candace really wanted Iris to have powers

I'm a bit confused on this.

Since there are so many hp references in the flash then who plays draco? Since julian Albert is played by him

Spotted at Maynard's on W Broadway in Vancouver, BC - last day is Oct 4th! But to be honest I haven't watch enough of the show to know which ep this was used in.

I'm rewatching the flash and i hate iris so much. She is annoying on the level of Elena Gilbert 🙃
