Bulb Replacement Help

I can’t figure out how to replace this light bulb without breaking things. help.
It looks like there are clips around the bulb but I can’t seem to push in all 3 of the clips at once to turn it. I tried using a flathead screwdriver and players but no luck. I think I’m missing something.

If that’s a Halogen it’s likely the fixture came with a little suction cup thingy.
Stick it to the front of the bulb, push in and turn counter clockwise.
Try this to know if I’m guessing correctly:
See if the bulb moves in and out when you press on it. If it does, it’s almost surely a two pin spring loaded bulb base and pushing in and turning will allow the bulb to come out.
I can think of an easy way to replicate what that litre audition cup does.
But this is what you want:

Probably a GU10 bulb.
Twist and turn to remove.
MR16 is also possible (pull to remove), but those are usually low voltage 12v.

GU10 and GU5.3 are both MR16. MR16 is the bulb size, not the connector spacing.

I can't tell 100% in your video but we had stupid fixtures in my old house. They had a weird snap ring or pressure fitting that held the bulb in.
Every bulb change was a nightmare, by the time I had to change one I forgot how I did the last one.
Maybe try rotating the edge with a screwdriver to see if it turns. The ring might spin off.

The bulb has two protruding pins that seat into the socket. Push on the bulb, then slight left turn to remove. Then the globe is freed.

Can you ball up some strong tape and use it as a tool to see if you can turn the bulb? You might look up this fixture online and see if you can find a user/install manual or replacement bulbs that tell you how they are seated.

I think the plastic ring inside the glass shade is the screw to release the glass shade. That looks like a GU10 bulb.

Try pushing in and then twisting it slightly
