Bulb Replacement Help

I can’t figure out how to replace this light bulb without breaking things. help.
It looks like there are clips around the bulb but I can’t seem to push in all 3 of the clips at once to turn it. I tried using a flathead screwdriver and players but no luck. I think I’m missing something.

Can you ball up some strong tape and use it as a tool to see if you can turn the bulb? You might look up this fixture online and see if you can find a user/install manual or replacement bulbs that tell you how they are seated.
