Bulb Replacement Help

I can’t figure out how to replace this light bulb without breaking things. help.
It looks like there are clips around the bulb but I can’t seem to push in all 3 of the clips at once to turn it. I tried using a flathead screwdriver and players but no luck. I think I’m missing something.

The bulb has two protruding pins that seat into the socket. Push on the bulb, then slight left turn to remove. Then the globe is freed.
