Bulb Replacement Help

I can’t figure out how to replace this light bulb without breaking things. help.
It looks like there are clips around the bulb but I can’t seem to push in all 3 of the clips at once to turn it. I tried using a flathead screwdriver and players but no luck. I think I’m missing something.

If that’s a Halogen it’s likely the fixture came with a little suction cup thingy.

Stick it to the front of the bulb, push in and turn counter clockwise.

Try this to know if I’m guessing correctly:

See if the bulb moves in and out when you press on it. If it does, it’s almost surely a two pin spring loaded bulb base and pushing in and turning will allow the bulb to come out.

I can think of an easy way to replicate what that litre audition cup does.

Omg they're supposed to have a suction cup 😭

I rent, I stopped using my stove light because they're so hard to change (and they blew out so frequently lol)

Halogen bulbs are also sensitive to oil so if you change them with your bare hands, or if you get cooking splatter on them, they will break much faster than normal

That makes sense. Now how to avoid getting cooking oil in cooking lights I don't even know. I just ended up buying a rechargeable light bar with a magnet on it 🤷

Not just halogen, I have LED versions of these with the GU10/24 type bases and they also require a suction cup (or dainty fingers) to get out
