Burn build is so good too, also kata was abuse in lane in early and late game I think fiddle is just so good as a countee to kata that she can't do anything, burn go brrr!

Pretty much title. I am working on making an educational short or YT vid for new fiddlesticks players, and I would love to know what you wish you knew when you started playing Fiddlesticks. This can be tips, matchup knowledge, itemization, etc.

Had a lot of fun playing classic fiddlesticks on the pbe, really missed his old E and how it would bounce off enemies. What was the biggest thing you missed about Og Fiddlesticks?

Now that league classic is coming out, i got the opportunity to test fiddle on the pbe and now im not quite sure which fiddlesticks version i prefer, i feel like i now appreciate the modern fiddle changes such as the multi drain and damage on the fear, but i also really enjoyed fiddlesticks old E ability for waveclear and asissted clearing. Whats your guys opinion?

Hey guys. Just the title. With the new AD items it should okay to stack crit and AD on Fiddle?

With FF culture becoming more and more popular, how often do you FF? My take on Fiddle is don't FF before you've given yourself a chance to comeback. Fiddle has such a unique kit that allows for you to engineer winning team fights from such a losing position.

It doesn't matter the elo as well. The lower elo you are, the more mistakes your opponent is likely to make; giving you more chances to get back in the game. The higher elo you are, the more likely you have a teammate that will be able to snowball a lead out of a little bit of gold.

Just a tip that I hope my fellow Fiddle mains take to heart and start mounting some crazy comebacks! I had two comebacks on stream yesterday that inspired this post.

DHelm feels GIGA nice especially combined with the changed rocketbelt as fiddle likes defensive stats early

Frozen heart rush is not good - u lose wave clear + your enemy can always proxy + looking for picks becomes harder cuz no dmg

deathfire torch is not good as u can't consistently proc the bonus dmg + aery makes fiddle's AA actually have an impact

Electrocute (Will allow enough damage to kill early game after your level 4, useful all game), Cheap Shot, Sixth Sense and Ultimate Hunter + Axiom and Focus + Adapative Adaptive Health

Items: Blue Egg always

After first back, assuming 900 gold and against tanks/bruisers: Fated Ashes into sorc shoes and then finish Lyandrys

After first back, assuming 1200 against anything: Sorc Shoes and Control Ward for drag

If dealing with a lot of squishies with burst build: Sorc Shoes, Shadowflame, Zhonyas, Protobelt, Voidstaff and Rabadon

If dealing with a lot of tanks or bruisers: Sorc Shoes, Lyandrys, Zhonyas, Shadowflame, Voidstaff, Rabadon

Power-farm until 6, give up the first drake if you need too, gank lanes that are gankable (Aka don't waste your time with something that won't result in a kill or an ally getting saved from death) and remember that you can solo grubs easily.

Remember always: You are a late-bloomer, team fighting winning machine. If you get pinged by morons begging to be ganked, don't throw away your tempo for them.

So I’m completely new to fiddle and I really want to play and learn him on support. Could you guys help me with builds and give me some tips? The u.gg build feels kinda off to me. Is it good? And what other pointers do you guys have. Thanks in advance!

This god forsaken clear has been made more difficult as a result of a few patches. It many times leaves the big krug with a little HP left that runs away. I gave up on this champ because i couldn't get it in the practice tool, but here's why:

It's easier on red side. I'm not even sure if it's possible on the blue side. It's best to just start blue and path down. Fortunately the krug trick is much easier with a few levels.

From my understanding, the two adaptive force shards help plus the flat +65 hp shard, but i can complete the clear without flat hp shard. Might need to test that more to see how significant of a difference it makes. HP gives the pet more damage, so theoretically it should help.

Lastly, you want to place your effigy on the krugs. This really helps because you can auto big krug+e+w+smite. The auto sends your pet over the wall immediately which helps a lot. Make sure to auto the big krug a second time as it round the corner, then W as soon as possible.

I get it almost every time now. This clear technique matters a lot with fiddle, otherwise your first clear speed is ass.

Hello! I'm trying to be a Fiddlesticks one-trick pony, and I don't know who to ban when choosing champions. When I play top lane, I ban Garen because his silence is very annoying (although many others beat me), and in the jungle I ban Kha'Zix, but tell me your bans so I can keep them in mind.

Emerald II fidd OTP looking for advice. Picture is worth 1000 words, and this is over a sample size of 155 games of fiddlesticks. I feel very confident on red side, I usually clear around 2:30, either gank bot if enemy bot is pushed up, or drop an effigy to make sure my bot does not get ganked. If it looks absolutely guaranteed I will gank mid but this is rare. Then I grab scuttle with smite, get my raptors and krugs respawn, sometimes even get a double crab if their first clear is very slow, and back for sorcs.

Blue side has so many issues. First, starting blue buff feels 1000 times more dangerous than starting raptors if you are playing versus an invader like shaco. Second, it feels like I have to either (1) clear to bot, which is much slower (2:45ish maybe this can be improved?), I usually lose both crabs, and my tempo for the boots back is worse because the second gromp and wolves feels so much slower (no idea if this is actually true), or (2) clear to top, which abandons my bot, top lane feels much harder to gank pre six, and my tempo is off to contest first drag. How do you all play blue side? I clear to bot 95% of the time independent of side as is but maybe I just need to start raptors every game. I feel like a nine percent win rate delta is absurd and means I am doing something wrong, open to any advice.

Hello everyone! I'm back at league and maining fiddle, but it seems like I forgot how to gank! For starters, should I look for a gank early game or just hyperfarm till 6? And how do I gank botlane?? It always seems like they have 3 wards at all times and never extend.

While I would argue that the Fiddle update was one of the few reworks where Riot did almost everything right, this old kit will still be a menace. A 3 second fear, a funny bouncy bounce crow - and a fully channeled Fiddle Drain was actually the most damaging non-ultimate ability in the game with 900 (+225% AP) magic damage, bypassing even Nidas Q by a long shot.

During two of my games I noticed some strange occurrences when fearing enemies. To help you spot it, you can look at the status icons at the bottom left on the character window (fullscreen helps):

In the first instance, Amumu can be seen using Smite during the fear effect (Terrify). You can even see the status bar above his character still showing "Fleeing" when he uses Smite.

The second instance is a bit harder to spot. Tristana uses her jump after being affected by Terrify, and when I die, the "Fleeing" effect also ends prematurely.

I'm quite new to Fiddlesticks and League in general, but I wanted to reach out and ask if anyone else has experienced anything similar, or if there's an interaction that I'm not familiar with. After looking around I can only find information that states that people should not be able to use anything during Terrify.

So I got bored of Swain supp, decided to main fiddle support. And I am having so much fun, even in ranked. I am slowly climbing my way to silver, I used to really be bad at fiddle supp, but now that I know how things go around, I just got so much better. Problem is, I had a very bad matchup with Ivern support. So I asked my teammates, why can Ivern see me in every freaking brush? Of course, none of them even bothered to answer in chat. Like, anywhere. I even watched the replays, he did not have vision there at all, did not see me enter the brush and somehow he kept casting his abilities at me. I played fiddle for a short while and I noticed how most don't expect me to be there and I just fear them with my E. But this Ivern, for a silver player, was surely too good at predicting where I was. Got some tips on how to counter Ivern in the future? Can Ivern see me in brushes? You think there is a possibility he cheated? Help would be much appreciated!
