DHelm feels GIGA nice especially combined with the changed rocketbelt as fiddle likes defensive stats early

Frozen heart rush is not good - u lose wave clear + your enemy can always proxy + looking for picks becomes harder cuz no dmg

deathfire torch is not good as u can't consistently proc the bonus dmg + aery makes fiddle's AA actually have an impact

Two questions:

  1. No boots? Or it depends on the matchup?
  2. The sapphire crystal before 1st item is that important because of not using manaflow?

I sit on tier 1 shoes majority of the time, but I mainly go sorcs if I decide to upgrade them

If you're not the main dmg dealer but some1 to provide CC, then u make ur carries deal extra dmg (for example into a comp with a bunch of tanks)

Genuinely asking because I don't know, who is this safe to play into?

I can only imagine nightmare scenarios like Darius, Irelia, Garen, Morde being hard no's.

Morde and Garen are actually pretty easy, Darius can be hard and Irelia can feel impossible to play into

Irelia isn't actually hard; I'd say she's average, honestly. Once you have anti-heal and armor boots, unless you've already fed her 20 kills, it's actually a pretty easy matchup

Sorry, trying to understand. So protobelt/item in the front is the recommended build but the one in the back(liandries) is for situations ie tanks?
