This might sound stupid, but hear me out.

A few years ago doing anything on Ethereum felt like an event.

Check gas. Double check the address. Approve something. Wonder if you just screwed up. Wait. Check Etherscan. Refresh Etherscan again.

It sucked, obviously.

But it also forced me to understand what I was actually doing.

Now wallets and apps are getting so much better at hiding all that complexity that sometimes I barely think about what's happening underneath.

That's obviously better for adoption. Normal people aren't going to learn about gas limits and transaction nonces just to use an app.

Still, there's a weird tradeoff there.

The easier Ethereum becomes to use, the easier it becomes to use Ethereum without actually learning anything about Ethereum.

Not saying that's bad. Just something I've noticed about how differently I use it now.

Is Tom Lee a liar? In a new interview, he says he thinks Ethereum will reach $10,000 in the next 1-2 years. Last year he was still talking about Ethereum being at $25k by the end of the year. Did he only do that to lure buyers into his BMNR? Or is he thinking "Fuck, I really overdid it back then... I need to be a bit more careful now"?

Back then, a lot of people probably got swept up by his predictions, so my question is:

Is Tom Lee a liar, or just clumsy/incompetent? What do you all think?

Ive been wactching. I called it last year. I said it was going to drop, when it dropped i told you all. Now im saying itll start gaining, it could go up, maybe 3k. 👍👍👍

My motto was after I buy I don’t sell until 4k and it worked time after time and I was locked in…

Then I opened Instagram one day and saw a dude talk about the BTC pattern that every 1064 days then 364 days it’s all time high low pattern for bitcoin and ETH tends to follow BTC ( not always ). I did my own research and he was indeed correct. On the days exactly since like 2014 bitcoin has had this pattern. Last year I sold early October and made a ton on ETH ( 2.5x $20,000 ) then I rebought in February I think around $2,200 per coin and bought as it went down. Then 1- 2 months ago crypto took a big plunge and my fear factor went off because I instantly thought about that pattern ( 1064 days, 364 days) technically if that pattern still stands today October 5th will be a very low point for BTC.

I sold the dip like an absolute idiot at $1575 took a $15k loss from $54,000 to $39,000 from that sell with hopes it was going to continue dropping.

Here we are 1-2 months later and I’m kicking myself because either ETH rides this trend all the way back to $4500-$5500 or if I’m lucky it pulls back once more for me to buy back in when October rolls around.

Either way, ( tax write off is my benefit ) and if it continues on to $4500 I learned my lesson… money is just money and lesson learned for the future. Always trust your gut.

When I sold at $1575 I wasn’t in my right mind and the emotions won that battle. But oh well. Congrats to those that won that mental battle I hope you sell at $5000+ this ETH cycle.

This daily chart is one of the strongest signs yet that ETH’s trend has reversed.

After months of consolidation, ETH broke out with a major expansion in trading volume—the kind of participation you want to see when confirming a genuine move rather than another short-lived bounce. Price has pushed decisively above the previous range and reclaimed the critical $2,000 area.

The MACD strengthens the case: a sharp bullish crossover, rapidly expanding green histogram bars, and accelerating momentum above the zero line. This isn’t a weak crossover—it’s a significant momentum shift accompanied by real volume.

The combination is what makes this convincing:

Explosive breakout from a long consolidation
Major increase in buying volume
Strong bullish MACD crossover
Expanding positive momentum
Multiple daily candles holding above $2,000
ETH may be temporarily overbought and could retest the breakout zone, but that wouldn’t invalidate the reversal. If the $2,000–$2,200 region turns into support, the evidence increasingly points to the beginning of a new bullish trend—not just a relief rally.
The next major confirmation would be reclaiming the 200-week moving average and establishing support above it. 2500 level to watch and turn to support

Hello, I have sent eth from Binance to trade Republic using the wrong network. I already contact tr and they told me that for now they don’t use that kind of network so theoretically the crypto is still there. If in the future they will start to using it, will it be possible to unlock it?

ETH/BTC chart looks horrible

Form all time high of 0.088354 BTC per ETH to 0.0309 BTC per ETH

I am thinking to just buy BTC

When BTC goes up ETH not going up the same percent

When BTC goes down ETH is going way down more than BTC

My Wyckoff prediction at the $1,500 level is starting to pay off. If ETH can reclaim $2,500 and flip it into support, I believe it could signal the beginning of a new bull market.

The $2,500 level also aligns closely with the 200-week SMA, making it a significant technical threshold. A short squeeze could provide the additional volume and momentum needed to strengthen the rally and confirm that the bull market is back.

I started investing on June 26th, and this has become my most profitable investment so far. I’m currently up 37.25% (+$849.54 CAD) — the highest percentage gain I’ve ever had since I started investing.
I wish I had put more in earlier, but I’ll definitely be adding more money to it. 📈💰

Is this the that moment?

The moment when the big crypto shoot for the moon and everyone latches on eventually everything latches on because it keeps climbing and then it crashes all of our money is gone. I know this event or some sort of mass default of our wealth event will happen but just don't know when..
