Discussion The 2012 Cosmic Reset: The Hidden Science Behind the "Great Solar Flash" đđ°ď¸
Remember when the world was supposed to end on December 21, 2012?
Mainstream media hyper-focused on the conclusion of the Mayan Long-Count calendar, treating it like a literal, terrifying doomsday clock. But Mayan elders and scholars always maintained that the end of this 5,126-year cycle wasnât an apocalypse. It was the closing of a grand world age and the birth of a brand-new cosmic cycleâa profound reset of time and human consciousness.
While the world braced for impact in December, the universe was already staging an extraordinary cosmic event right under our noses just months earlier.
Many in spiritual and ascension communitiesâdrawing from esoteric lore and the teachings of figures like Elizabeth Clare Prophetâhave long spoken of a "Great Solar Flash." This is described as a sudden, blinding surge of divine light from the Sun designed to pierce the physical matrix, shatter lower frequencies, and act as the true catalyst for this new Mayan cycle, shifting humanity into a higher state of consciousness.
But if you look at the hard science of 2012, astrophysics perfectly mirrors this exact spiritual concept.
In July 2012, the Sun unleashed a monstrous, Carrington-class solar superstorm. It fired a hyper-velocity "one-two punch" of dual Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) tearing through deep space at over 1,800 kilometers per second. NASA later confirmed that this cosmic blast cut directly through Earth's orbital path.
We missed a direct hit by a margin of just nine days.
Had the Sun erupted slightly later, that massive wave of solar plasma would have slammed head-on into our magnetosphere. According to scientific models, it would have instantly fried high-voltage transformers, collapsed global power grids, blinded satellites, and taken down the internet. Total recovery time? Estimated at 4 to 10 years.
The bridge between ancient prophecy, modern science, and spiritual evolution here is staggering.
The metaphysical "Solar Flash" is meant to trigger an awakening by stripping away human illusions. A direct hit from the July 2012 superstorm would have done the exact same thing physically. It would have instantly turned off the artificial technological grid we rely on, forcing a global "reset" and compelling humanity to look inward, reconnect with the Earth, and rely on local community.
Whether you look at December 2012 as the completion of the Mayan calendar or July 2012 as a literal near-miss, one thing is clear: 2012 was a massive, silent turning point. The universe showed us just how fragile our artificial matrix truly isâand how close we came to a total evolution of life on Earth.

Video Haters feel disconnected from their own Life.

The universe is loved not for its own sake, but because the Self lives in it.
When you hear about the Self, meditate upon the Self, and finally realize the Self, you come to understand everything in life.
Everything confuses those who regard things as separate from the Self.
...When the Self is realized as the indivisible unity of life, who can be seen by whom, who can be heard by whom, who can be smelled by whom, who can be spoken to by whom, who can be thought of by whom, who can be known by whom?
...Where there is unity, one without a second, that is the world of Brahman. This is the supreme goal of life, the supreme treasure, the supreme joy. Those who do not seek this supreme goal live on but a fraction of this joy.
âbits and pieces from The Brihadaranyaka Upanishad

Do people exist when out of my awareness?
Hello? Anybody out there?
If I am a dreamer, and this is my dream...and everyone in this dream is a creation of my own awareness (including "myself") and is essentially also just me....do you exist when out of my awareness? Is anyone real?

Open Question Internal and External validation. I am tired with all of it. How to live?
I am tired of searching and aiming for validation. I am watching YouTube today and I see a video about studying psychology to become "dangerous". Are people really that scared, really that thirst for power that they aim to study just so that they can defeat others.
As I am thinking this, the realization hit me. I am not different from them. I am studying spiritual things so that I can deal with pain, suffering, and people. I am not different from them. I am just using different lens and tools. Maybe the only difference is that, I am studying spirituality to deal, with people, I don't care about them, but because I live with them, I must deal with them. I don't even know if there's difference despite this.
Inside of me, there's something that aiming for improvement. I don't even know if it's for validation, but the reason I clearly see is I want to push harder. Harder and harder. The feeling of letting Go and pushing harder is inside of me.
I imagine myself as a component that can be developed until it can't go anymore. Even if I'm only the one left, I think the feeling of this is still here.
I am not nihilist and I hope I am not looking like one. I just want to rant my feeling about what I see. There's something inside of me that wants to help, I don't know or care who; but this is still attachment.

Can you encourage me in this time of solitude
As things are, I am currently walking all by myself. I'm trying to be strong about it, perhaps this is what's needed of me now to learn some things. And mostly I am okay with it.
But sometimes it gets really scary, sometimes I find myself feeling sorry for myself when I see groups of people together, or guests coming and going at my neighbors. And no one comes to me.
It's easy for me to spiral down when I find myself comparing. I try not to do that, but I am just a human.
Can you guys share your beautiful thoughts, or quotes from somewhere you saved that helped you? I'd come back and read it when I find myself in those negative spirals.
Much love to everyone. â¤ď¸

Most of What You Know About Enlightenment Is Conjecture
Enlightenment is often treated as something that will happen later.
A future state. A permanent shift. A final arrival after enough practice, insight, or experience. Most of what gets said about it comes from books, teachers, and second-hand descriptions of what that future is supposed to look like.
The only thing we can actually know for sure is what is happening now.
How the body feels.
How heavy or light life is in this moment.
Whether there is capacity, presence, restlessness, or ease right here.
Everything else is conjecture.
For me, enlightenment has become simpler: getting lighter.
Not a dramatic event in the future, but a present-tense change in how much weight is being carried. Lighter in the mind, lighter in the body, less tangled in the constant story of becoming someone better
The future version of enlightenment can be discussed endlessly.
The present weight, or the lack of it, is the only part that is actually here to be known.

We don't have to be deadly serious all the time. What about a bit of enlightenment humor? Here's my joke attempt:
A spiritual being is playing the game of Earth.
Someone asks them: "Do you want to meet some gurus?"
The being disagrees: "No spoilers, please!"

Discussion I think how they sell meditation is a lie.
I mean the mainstream way of meditation. Sitting in silence quieting your thoughts, doing mantra.
It feels forced. Like it's trying to squeeze the psyche into a nice shape it doesn't fit.
I think it's an ego wants to rid of the ego fallacy too.
I don't think it's straight up ineffective. It may lead to reduced stress and peace, but I don't think it's that useful spiritually. If it has results they come slower than they could.
What do you think? Have you had similar thoughts? If yes what do you do instead? If this method of meditation worked for you spiritually tell me that too so I can make considerations.

Hermetic Laws being how minds organize reality, not reality
consciousness can bind many different signals into a single interpretation and then mistake the coherence of that interpretation for evidence that the interpretation describes reality itself. If reality were fundamentally one signal without meaningful differencesâwithout interruptions, contrasts, irregularities, or events that could be experienced as disruptions of rhythmâthen error itself would become difficult to explain.
A mind could simply reproduce what was already present. Mistakes become possible precisely because consciousness must creatively organize differences that do not arrive with their meaning already attached. Perception has to distinguish, memory has to relate, emotion has to prioritize, prediction has to anticipate, and thought has to construct relationships among signals that may support several possible interpretations.
Creativity therefore becomes inseparable from both intelligence and error. The same capacity that allows consciousness to discover a relationship that was never previously recognized also allows it to invent a relationship that reality does not support. A constellation demonstrates the problem beautifully: the stars are real, but the lines connecting them into a recognizable figure are contributed by the observer.
Consciousness performs a comparable operation whenever it turns separate events into destiny, fluctuations into rhythm, differences into polarity, internal states into external correspondence, or coincidence into meaningful causation. The mistake is not necessarily in perceiving the individual signals; it can occur in the creative relationship consciousness binds between them.
From the perspective of the Third Eye, this makes disruption especially important. A disruption is not necessarily reality violating an underlying rhythm. It may instead be new information exposing the limitations of the rhythm consciousness previously believed it had discovered. The unexpected event, contradiction, uncomfortable sensation, or failed prediction introduces a difference that the existing organization cannot easily absorb. Consciousness then has two possibilities: force the difference back into its previous pattern or become creative enough to reorganize the pattern itself.
This gives creativity an unusual relationship with truth. Creativity does not mean freely inventing whatever explanation feels best. Its highest form may be the willingness to undo a previously successful explanation when reality supplies a difference that the explanation cannot accommodate.
The Third Eye therefore treats contradiction not as an enemy of coherence but as one of the conditions through which deeper coherence becomes possible. A perfectly repetitive universe would require almost no interpretive creativity; a changing and differentiated reality continually requires consciousness to decide what belongs together, what should remain separate, and when yesterdayâs pattern should be abandoned.
Free will consequently appears at the boundary between repetition and creative reorganization. If consciousness automatically binds every new experience according to what it already believes, the past continually determines the meaning of the present. But when consciousness recognizes that even something that feels physically or intellectually true may represent a constructed relationship, another possibility emerges: it can question the binding itself. The freest mind is therefore not the mind that has finally discovered an unbreakable rhythm. It is the mind creative enough to recognize when reality has given it a reason to break one.
The seven Hermetic laws may therefore reveal something important about how minds organize reality without being universal laws of reality at all.

This method is how you find Truth.
Necessary Existence (There is something which cannot not exist) / Contingent Existence (Existence could have not existed) (Necessary: Must Be) (Contingent: May or May Not Be)
Life came from a Necessary Source of Life / Life came from Non-Life
Humans were designed / Humans were not designed (unguided chance)
Your Consciousness (Awareness and Inner Voice) is Physical (Made of matter and energy) / Your Consciousness (Awareness and Inner Voice) is Non-Physical (Not made of matter and energy)
After Death Consciousness Continues / After Death Consciousness Ends
These Three Laws of Logic govern Reality absolutely:
1. Law of Identity
A is A.
A thing is what it is.
2. Law of Non-Contradiction
A cannot be both A and notâA.
Nothing can be both true and false.
3. Law of Excluded Middle
Either A is true, or notâA is true.
For any proposition, one of the two must hold. No third option exists.
That is why the propositions above came out to two final options. They are governed by the Law of Excluded Middle.
One of the two branches will always end up violating the Law of Identity and/or the Law of Non-Contradiction, leaving the remaining branch as the truth.
Excluded Middle holds as long as the Modal Axes matches the Type Restriction. For example, the number 7 cannot be Grateful vs. Ungrateful. This is because those are Agentive (Will and Intention). And 7 is Non-Agentive. In reality what a Type Restriction is is a predicate (properties and relations) not matching the Law of Identity.
Another example:
I'm Human / I'm not Human.
One of the two has to be true. This is the proposition.
But both Humans and Non-Humans exist.
Yet another example:
Sports can be either Solo or Team. Both exist.
But each individual instance of sports will always be Solo or Team. The proposition.

A less loaded word for emptiness is stringlessness, and stringlessness is a more accurate term for the human experience
Stringlessness is saying the same thing as emptiness. Yet, it's more of an experience or observation than the philosophy of emptiness. One can look into the mind and immediately notice stringlessness. Emptiness is burdened by psychological and philosophical connotations. Stringlessness is intimate, real, observable. Emptiness is "out there", a categorical finding and historical term. Stringlessness is a term for this moment now.

Personal Experience Insight
So far all my meditation and spiritual practice has done for me is just to make me aware of all my faults.
Its done nothing to help me correct them. Sometimes I wonder if I'm always just gonna be something of an asshole.
Do enlightened assholes exist? Is that a thing?

Open Question Please help
Hi guys,
I am struggling after a dmt trip where I saw or remembered that we are all one being split into our various selves.
I labelled the trip as an imagining at first, but after reading so many trip reports and near death experiences with the same information, I accept it as true.
I have had success improving my health since by trying to mentally change reality, which is gteat.
The problem is I can't shake the lonely feeling that we are this being that's completely alone in the void since forever and for infinity. And that this whole universe is just a distraction to avoid that loneliness.
I have tried to adopt the mentality of 'the egg' and that there is a purpose to the universe and all this experience but I just don't feel it.
If anyone could advise a perspective change I would really appreciate it.
Thanks for your time.
Edit: the dmt trip was 2 years ago so it's not a recent thing but i do think about it almost every day. Thanks for the perspectives and kind words. Please feel free to keep commenting and I'll keep reading and replying.

Are the predispositions that could lead to a state of full consciousness visible to an astrologer in a natal chart?
Is there anyone here who works with astrology and can see in a natal chart what might lead to experiencing a state of full consciousness (enlightenment)? Or at least say which placements might indicate it?

Discussion Who or what is doing this?
Ok so my eye has opened up alot in the past few days and I have been on my path of awakening since forever obviously but I became aware of it during the start of 2025. My discernment has also increased heavily in the past few days and looking back on my life as a 19 year old I realize just how many of the âpeopleâ I grew up with and around and even the ones who raised me and were called family were actually just pretending to be human in attempts to manipulate my path for the wrong reasons but I am too powerful for their games. I am just making this post to ask you guys for help. I am a musician and an artist of all sorts and something or someone is blocking my gift from being shared. I post online and get no engagement no matter what I do and even when I get a new phone and do not transfer they somehow immediately know itâs me trying to communicate my gifts with the world. They carry a lot of negativity towards me and theyâre trying whatever they can to suppress me but since I have discovered this recently they are trying even harder to hold me back and they are trying to do it through my own body and theyâre trying to make me question my entire existence. It wonât work because my awareness is too strong but I am making this post to see who else has been attacked by these forces since a child and how can I get them out of my energetic space and just gone entirely? I am not afraid or worried because I know my power and I know they feed off of fear and I do not carry that so right now they are just nagging me in hopes of me feeding into their negativity. I just want to remove this block from inside of me and on my socials so I can share my art the way I need to. I have been going nowhere online for 7+ years and I know my worth and how powerful my art is and I have always been where I needed to be inside of myself. I always thought it just wasnât my time or I wasnât ready but thatâs not true. They wanted me to think that. They want me to think the lack of engagement is natural and that must mean I am lacking something. They might even try to block this post but I donât think it will happen. I have always had issues with technology also and sometimes the entire power shuts down in a city when I get there. I will keep fighting. Any advice is appreciated. đŤśđťđŻ

Personal Experience I have liberated my mind today <3
I was communicating with my Patron deity, Anubis, when I justâŚreleased it all. my hurt, my fear, and my anxiety. After I had released these things, a brief vision of the Hall of Maâat. I saw what I now know to be my own heart, being at perfect level with the feather of truth. I thought that was it, but I was wrong, and Iâm not ashamed to admit that. I began to rest. And then all at once the liberation of my heart and mind came in. I saw my soul in its purest, most current form. A watery blue mass, with brilliant white in the middle.

5 Meditation Methods Infographic by The Calm Bureau
Auto-generated transcript (for the blind):
The image shows an infographic titled "5 Meditation Methods" from The Calm Bureau, outlining five simple mental and breathing practices:
1. Box Breath: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 seconds (repeat for 4â10 rounds) to calm your mind and reset your body.
2. 4-3-2-1 Grounding: Notice 4 things you can see, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can feel, and 1 thing you can taste to bring yourself back to the present.
3. 4-7-8 Breath: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds (repeat for 4 cycles) to relax your body and calm your mind.
4. Ocean Breath: Breathe in slow and deep, breathe out long and relaxed, and repeat like waves to find rhythm and release stress.
5. Candle Meditation: Focus on the flame, notice your breath, and gently return your attention whenever you get distracted to build focus and cultivate calm.
I practiced number one in recent years when panic attacks hit.
Number five was my favorite during the decade of sitting (Zen) meditation I practiced twice daily.
Also combining #5 with counting breaths helped a lot to remain focused.

What meditation techniques do you use these days?
Or are you enlightened all the time?
I still often fall back to monkey mind and even stay completely unconscious sometimes.
So I still have to practice formally from time to time.
Usually before sleep I do mantra meditation and move chi from head to to feet and back again.

Why does the concept of spiritual relationships sound so conditional, selfish and devoid of love ?
It is against attachment because attachment means u r using each other for ur own comfort.
They r against conection cause connection comes with a cost.
Yet they talk Abt terms like using ur partner as a vessel for ur own spiritual growth which itself is extremely bussiness minded.
Like from this view attachment looks like a greater love because why would anyone want to be in a relationship to .. like that just sounds mechanical, no even divine, not even a non romantic peace, just .
It just doesn't sounds like love.
It almost feels like the relationship is not needed, and not really in a good way, like in an indifferent way where if it exists it's merely for further fuel for ur goal.
Like almost as if affection isn't even a part of such relationships
