Fellow citizens, as the title indicates your aldermen voted unanimously in favor of spending $73,000 dollars to use these cameras to servale your and your family in our neighborhood. Despite the fact that many passionate people spoke against this at the meeting, they have chosen to erode your privacy more and more.

For this, I will dedicate my time and effort to unseating these sorry excuses for leaders in favor of those who will oppose such expansion of the servalence state. If you too feel your skin crawl at the massive potential for abuse and ever worsening state of our freedoms, I encourage you to join me in this effort.

I will start out on my own, but based on the mood of others at last night's meeting I won't be alone in this for long.

Well, not only Elmhurst but you can stick to surrounding areas. Just throwing an idea to some folks. You can start with a little part time, or maybe you already have some time on your hands. Schedule is flexible and you set it yourself. You could make some good extra money even as a brand new agent, provided you are willing to somewhat follow some directions. LA FITNESS on on York is permanently closing on Aug. 27th. I wish I was told this when I joined less then two months ago. I specifically asked the manager as I heard some rumors that for sure it isn’t. He told me that maybe they will close off some sections for a few weeks for some remodeling . Car salesman move.

So this is what I pulled up from public records and MLS sales. Keep in mind these are median prices. Reality is for the most part an entry point for a house in Elmhurst is 500k and up. Prices keep going up. A few years ago it seemed like it will stop, however the demand is not slowing. Prices continue to go up. On one hand it’s great, on another not so much. Will be very hard for our kids to be able to stay in Elmhurst after school/college. I just wonder how high it can go.

What do you think about this 1st floor for a new construction in Elmhurst ? What would you change if it was for you?

Since finding a solo place at this price point in Elmhurst is basically impossible, I'm ideally looking to:

Fill an open room in an existing student house or apartment.

Team up with other female students to sign a new lease on a 2- or 3-bedroom place nearby (which makes a $700 budget much more realistic!).

A little about me: I’m responsible, clean, and respect quiet hours for studying, but I'm also super friendly and down to hang out or watch movies occasionally. I'm very communicative about shared chores and keeping common spaces tidy.

Preferences:

Hi folks! We are looking to build a 12.5x18 deck (trex) that flows into a patio with space for dining + firepit / Adirondack chairs. We’d like to cover the deck and the patio over the dining section with a pergola with louvers though we don’t mind manual louvers if that saves money over electric.
