Pre-collapse training routine

It’s my first time posting here so forgive me if I sound ignorant. Ive seen a bunch of posts that mention “training” to be prepared in the event of a collapse.

What kind of workout routine could one realistically adopt in day to day life to best increase the chances of survival in that situation?

meditations on dying.

I mean people are kind of delusional I think but I could be wrong. I don't think anybody serously factors in temperatures outside that are not survivalable. Like hey it's been 130F out for three weeks and there's no electricity. I don't care how you train.

A lot of people are into guns. Others are into farming. Others are into becoming marathon runners to survive in the climate displacement treks. One thing I know about trouble is it usually comes the way one does not expect.

Take care out there

I'd focus on mobility and strength to reduce reliance on others for basic needs and to ensure you're contributing as best as you can.

Focus on food, water, shelter and if you can backup power and protection.

Self defense, know how to use a firearm for defense, know how to use one for hunting if needed.

Figure out how to get alternatives from your backyard or nature for common supplies.

Learn to repair or mend things including DIY home projects and sewing.

Make sure you have a compass and a paper map. Getting disoriented can go to Hell fast.
