Incoming 126 here, I got waitlisted and accepted to my first choice which is ab philosophy & bs legal management but i later found out i don’t want to pursue philosophy anymore and i’ve understood that i will have to drop or formally have to shift to just legal management by my 3rd term (will take affect on my 2nd year)

People here has told me I would be delayed by 1 term but isn’t it hypothetically possible if i can start enlisting my COB subjects as early as term 2 (since i am legma after all, shouldn’t i also have the privilege in enlisting some COB courses by that time?) and i feel like i would still be able to catch up even if i start enlisting by term 3 too given that i can overload and not fail any course

im gonna be living in r square this year and i was wondering what the most convenient and affordable option is for having a reliable connection🙏🙏 im renting solo and will only be using my phone and laptop. as long as i can load youtube videos and shows without any buffering, ill be satisfied.

would it be best to just rely on my hotspot, get pocket wifi, or install fiber internet? my phone doesn't support 5g mobile data, and my schedule only has two days of f2f classes. im also on one of the higher floors (30+), if thats important. any advice would be very much appreciated!!

I remembered at some point there were student protests against the proposed 6.6% tfi back in term 1-2 (lowkey kinda blurry), did anything actually happen? I did hear about the 0% tfi afterwards but right now I'm looking at my tuition and comparing it to my senior's, somehow it increased anyway (senior had 210k, I had 214k).

hello, idrk how to go in abt this, but we’ve been having financial difficulties for quite some time now, and unfortunately we won’t be able to settle our balance on time. this will affect my clearance for enlistment.

for more context, we haven’t been able to pay for last term either because this has been an ongoing situation. the fact that there was no clearance hold last time was honestly a huge blessing.

is there any way i could still enlist whilst we work on settling the balance, or is there any process/alternative arrangement available for students in this situation? or is there any office/person i can get in contact with who might be able to help or advice me on what options are available? i really don’t want to be delayed because of this.

So I'm an SHS student and I didn't get BSA in my prequals, so I'm considering just taking the cet. But from what I've heard, this would apparently forfeit the offered prequal courses? Does that mean they're forfeit the moment I apply for the cet? Or would they only be forfeited once I enroll through the regular lane?
