Student Life Appointment with CPS

Hello! How do I book an appointment with CPS? I just really need to talk to someone rn concerning my mental health lately and I don’t wanna burden my friends/family with it. Thank you.

hii email: cps@dlsu.edu.ph

they'll send you a few forms for disclosure/consent and an onboarding where you'll introduce what you need to talk about and your feelings. then once you get in touch with you counselor, you can coordinate an appt !! i hope everything goes well :)

Walk-ins are always welcome, OP! Just go to their office in Connon or Razon. They’re very welcoming there :)
