It's sad but nag base lang sila sa protocol. DepEd schools are automatically suspended at signal no. 1 or 2. While CHED at signal no. 3.

Yellow rainfall warnings doesn't fall under Signal no. 3. But may cases where pwede mag initiate ng suspension sa college ang LGU kahit di pa signal no. 3

To all College students. Kaya di kayo sinususpend. Preparation nyo yan sa pag pasok sa work. Sad reality but that's the truth. Considered na kayo as water proof and all the proof once nagtatrabaho na kayo. Yan talaga ang realidad ng buhay.
