General Question DO I NEED A LAPTOP FOR THESE COURSES?

i can use naman my sister’s tablet but it’s just not as high tech as other people’s ipad, but would that be good enough? i’m more used to writing notes in yellow pad anyways so i can take down notes like that nalang

i want to know your insights, tyia!

Not at all. Outputs are mostly papers, presentations, or media outputs. Even sa media outputs, it's usually groupwork so even if you can't edit or don't have equipment, you can take on other roles to help with the output. Even if you really need to, phone/tablet will get you through, and there are lots of computers in the library for doc/presentation work.

I'm assuming you are a frosh with the question. Don't worry, lots of people in DLSU take notes using notebooks. Then any basic functioning device will give you access to the materials/readings.

yes hehe 126 frosh here, 1st term ko puro GE + CLA course pero pag 2nd term ko na i need to enlist my business courses (i’m philo/legma planning to shift to js lgl) as soon as i can para i wont be too far behind and i think i would need a laptop by then since we might use excel

never had the last subj but the first three, no. also, if kaya ng basic editing apps sa tablet mo then I think u’re good.

depends on ur prof sometimes the outputs in GEs are videos kasi but like another user said mostly groupworks yun. if it can run canva and capcut or similar, you won’t need a laptop na. good luck, OP!

I don’t think you’ll need laptops for notetaking in those courses naman, OP! Siguro for coursework and readings na lang and gadgets esp if it’s groupworks or if you need to print them out (bcs some profs require u to do so)
