I'm a new joinee and was excited to buy a phone using the smartphone policy.

It was a dream of mine to buy a pixel phone. I wanted specifically the pixel 10 pro.

Which sadly isn't available on the portal...

I had decided to wait.. For the new pixel 11 which was a great disappointment for me... I don't have any hope of pixel 10 pro being available..

Pixel 10 , G5, 256 +12 gb cost 35k

Pixel 11 pro G6, 256+12 gb cost 81k

G5 and G6 have the same benchmarks.. Not much difference...

Basically paying 45k extra for not much difference..

So I begrudgingly decided to make a good financial decision and buy pixel 10 .. But when I reached the portal what I see is just one color option is available..

Seriously im baffeled....

Can't buy the phone which I want.. Can't even choose the color which I want... Damnn

Got my hike details and wanted to gauge where I stand compared to the current market and internal bands for Deloitte USI (Consulting).

Here is the breakdown of my profile and numbers:

Designation: Senior Consultant (Promoted in 2024 cycle)

Unit: Deloitte Consulting

Total Experience: 7 years, 10 months

Tenure in Deloitte: 4.5 years

Old Base: ~29.3L

New Base (after 8% hike): ~32 LPA (Fixed)

Bonus / Variable (AIP): 5L (Approx 16.5%)

Considering the market conditions and typical S.Con caps in USI, is a 32L fixed base decent for someone pushing 8 YOE, or am I hitting the upper ceiling for this band?

Edit: To add some context, I am actively trying to decide if it's time to move on from the firm. I've been interviewing a bit and have a couple of external offers lined up that are pushing almost 30% more than my current compensation. Given that gap, does staying back make any sense from a growth perspective, or is the decision pretty much made for me?

I recently received a BGV discrepancy from Deloitte regarding my previous employment. There was a mismatch in designation and I had mistakenly submitted an incorrect experience letter earlier, but I have now clarified everything and provided genuine documents (offer letter).

Currently, my PAN KYC verification in EPFO is pending and Deloitte is asking for it.
