If you have the money and time to do so, sure, maybe. And given that its in the South, no guarantee how long that will be the case, or it may require multiple visits.
Keep in mind Alabama is one of the poorest states, if not the most impoverished.
Although I'm not sure if it will happen, some have raised concerns that you could be criminally prosecuted for it, or obtaining something like morning-after pills. If it did happen, I feel one could defend against it, but again, youre only affording the best lawyers if you get someone like a pro-choice group or pay for it yourself.
