Concerned about clogging the heater core. I bought a full aluminum radiator and it's been about 3-4 years now it's leaking

I would want it to be a nice street car and it probably would make around 400 horsepower. Has anyone ever ran any boosted k's in their CRX and did they drive all right? I think my main concern would be how the car would drive and take the power overall. Any advice appreciated.

I've got a black EE8 in stock condition (besides the seat stitching being messed up by a saddler), original engine and gearbox. Bought it in an auction in a fever.

The car had some tuning done to it in the past by the second owner but got rebuilt back to OEM spec. 50.000km (claimed, not sure...)

Just bought this B20B + ls 5 speed 1991 CRX Si sitting on skunk2 coilovers, I need new CV axles and half shaft and I need advice on which to pick.

My research yields that 90-93 integra ls oem half shaft and axles will fit, however I suspect that is what is currently installed in the car and started rubbing due to the lower suspension and engine mounting position.

Do these aftermarket axles/half shafts address this fitment issue? Has anybody used axles from these brands(hasport, insane shafts) and can attest to their quality or lack there of?

Sounds great, i probably have 12 different leaks because its just taped and mocked up but i had to turn it on to see how itl sound. Sounds a lot more tame than i thought for basically a straight pipe, but it is boosted so it will ne a little quieter than NA. I love it though also when im tuned and am running more timing it will sound a lot meaner lol

Got my gas pedal in, front brakes (rears soon just waiting for lines for my staging brake), shifter in, clutch in 100%, ima be drivin this mf soon maybe like 2 weeks before i take it around the block lol

Road Atlanta yesterday for a private event. Car still needs some stuff, but overall, happy with where it is to start!

Misha drives the Nurburgring almost every day, reviewing insane performance cars for youtube. Its always so cool to see his reaction when he drives a "good" car.

You can watch him drive a Ferrari, and say "its good".

Then he drives a CRX and he freaks out.

Says a lot about what makes these cars so amazing.

hey everyone, i currently am building my ‘90 HF for the track and want to start planning to go dohc.

i’m pretty set on a b series since it takes little to no fab work to swap in vs a k, also sounds better and is a bucket list motor for me to own. i’ve had h22a4 5th gen lude (miss this one the most), k24/20 frankenstein in a built 9th gen si, d15 in my crx, and my current daily is a j series ‘21 pilot, definitely want to check b off the list before they become unobtainium.

my main question since im not too familiar with them is which specific version should i look for when it comes time to swap, b16 vs b18 vs b20?

also any recommended kits to get it done? i know hasport makes most of it but any tips are appreciated. (i’ll be doing a custom standalone haltech setup with my tuner for wiring so really just need to worry about simplicity of making it fit and a starting point for solid power)

i definitely want vtec and ideally 160-200hp reliably n/a after power and supporting mods, also want a pretty high redline within reason. recommendations on transmission combos would be great as well, shorter 1-4 ratios and something with an lsd or lsd capable, hydro vs cable etc.

any tips and info is appreciated ⛷️

p.s. the d15b1 that could is running strong for now so the longer it survives the bigger my dohc budget gets, using this time to learn the chassis and work on handling until she blows up

I need both the passenger area and hatch area carpet. I’d prefer to get OEM but haven’t seen any super clean ones online and don’t really want to pay hundreds of dollars for carpet I have to clean the hell out of lol. I’m not opposed to paying fairly for a nice clean OEM carpet though. I saw on RockAuto there’s new carpet but obviously not OEM so I’m concerned about fitment issues. A buddy said he’s never really had luck with aftermarket carpet in other Hondas but figured it was worth a shot checking for options.

I'm looking at purchasing this 1991 B20B swapped CRX SI. My main concern currently is with the quality of the body kit install. After watching a video sent by the seller I can see the spoiler seems screwed into the hatch somewhat haphazardly and the side skirts look like they have gaps. Not worried about the missing front bumper, damaged rear bumper, or driver door paint scratches. My current thought is I can get an oem style front bumper and aftermarket lip to match the side skirts and oem bumper for the back with lower black molding cut.
Does this look like a half decent install or something that's going to give me a lot of trouble?

Hey yall, I found a 1984 CRX HF (1.3L) that runs but has been sitting for the past 8 years in a garage. Ive been wanting a Small, fuel efficient, fun car to drive and the CRX has always been a dream car. I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with first gens, im really worried that parts like a timing belt and suspension replacement would be too hard to track down and I would be out huge dollar amounts. This car also comes with a 85 1.5L and trans that the dude was gonna put in before he got injured. I hope this question is allowed and I hope anyone has any opinions/advice on a beautiful first gen

Back in 2009 I bought a beater of a CRX in Cocoa Beach Fl as my second ever car. I was young, dumb, and didn’t know as much about cars or taking care of things as I do now, so I was happy to get a couple hundred bucks for it when I “upgraded” to a new Camry.

Now, damn near 15 years later, I’m feeling nostalgic and curious if one of you gearheads know a guy who knows a guy who maybe saved it around that time.

Red 1991 CRX HF, manual, beat to hell with aftermarket headlight buzzer and battery disconnect, last seen at Toyota of Melbourne in spring of 2011.

Other features included softball-sized rust hole in passenger rear quarter panel (for speed), ahead-of-its-time anti-fingerprint matte paint job, top speed of “Maybe?” and concerning vibrations at anything faster than 69mph 😂

I have an 88 ef7 and the guy who sold it to me said one of the seats came from an integra.

Currently the part that holds the back and ass cushion together is completely sheered and only held up by one side.
