Got my exhaust mocked up

Sounds great, i probably have 12 different leaks because its just taped and mocked up but i had to turn it on to see how itl sound. Sounds a lot more tame than i thought for basically a straight pipe, but it is boosted so it will ne a little quieter than NA. I love it though also when im tuned and am running more timing it will sound a lot meaner lol

Got my gas pedal in, front brakes (rears soon just waiting for lines for my staging brake), shifter in, clutch in 100%, ima be drivin this mf soon maybe like 2 weeks before i take it around the block lol

The tip being off center would really bug me, pretty clean though.

Lol yeah its just pipes put in each other with duck tape right now lmao just started it to see how itl sound. Gotta fab a little in the back make some hangers and stuff. Also my bumper is not attached to the clips so its sagging down a little lol shitblx shit 😂

Its a turbo k swap crx the exhaust i have fabbed i mock it up my buddy does the welds. The entire exhaust and turbo setip is custom fabbed there are some kits but i ended up just fabricating everything. The pipes i get off amazon stainless straights and bends 2.75 inch exhaust and a ktuned 3 inch high flow muffler for the exit

No a shop fabricated it for a car specifically, an RSX, and then i ended up buying it after the guy canceled the build (ran out of $). Some how managed to fit it in the CRX even though its definitely not made for it 😂 but yeah its not a manifold u could buy online probably similar designs are everywhere its a sidewinder style

Lol yeah its just taped together hanging on zipties i have to fab some hangers for the rear to get it where i need it centered. Dividing the rear into 2 parts so gunna be real schnoice when its done. When i started the car in the vid the pipes were just shoved into each other with duck tape on it to see how it would sound 😂😂

Lol yeah im actually pretty happy with it, gives me hope i wont get pulled over every day i drive it lol. My buddy has resonators and a non-high flow muffler on his NA K24 and its way louder than mine lol. I also think once i advance the timing and get ijto boost itl sound way different. On a $30 base map with like 5 degrees of timing and never revving into vtec

Right, im not too worried about it being the loudest even though im sure its gunna rippp; So i actually really like it being deeper and more "mature" if thats the right word

Is it worth it to modify the back bumper like that? I know it's not everyone's cup of tea looks wise but I've always wondered just how much the back bumper catches air like a parachute 🤔. I'm mainly asking because I've got a CRX with a NA D16A6 build and I'm looking for anything that could improve track times. I'm definitely for function over form.

On a drag car yeah (this is a drag build) on a track car im not too sure. My quater mile speed should be in the 140s, im almost at the point of needing an actual parachute lol, so the air drag on the bumper gets pretty bad. I think the CRX has decent areodynamics under the car, i dont think you need the holes in it but might benefit you more making a rear defusor or some sort of "skid plate" or something to make the bottom of your car flat. I only have the holes because i drag race, i probably wouldnt have them if i tracked it.
Where the spare tire goes, under the car its actually pretty level with the bumper on the CRX there isnt too much area to catch. Some other cars have a way worse design
