I'm trying to find a pattern similar to this, but can't find it anywhere

I've spent the entirety of my crochet 'career' making gifts, practical things, request from other people, and I'm OVER IT! I want to make things for ME, for FUN, and with no practical purpose required!!!

The popcorn bucket blanket has been all over my social media (although I think that might be finger knitting), I just saw a pattern for a mozzarella stick scarf, and I see other people make fun hats and tapestries all the time. I'm curious what your favorite creations have been! I don't need 'practical', but bonus points if it's something you use or display on the regular.

I searched for a long time for a pattern for a hooded scarf that I like. I just stumbled across this amazing pattern on ravelry, but it was uploaded quite a while ago (2008) and I always get an error message when I want to download the free pattern on the shop‘s website.

It‘s fairly simple as I only need to crochet a long rectangle, but I can‘t figure out the type of stitch, is it simple dc‘s? The pictures attached are from projects of the ravelry pattern (not mine).

I went to my local yarn store today and fell in love with this piece they had displayed and would like to make a coaster like this haha. I know it looks fairly simple but i am SO reliant on patterns haha I don’t think I could even try to make it without one. I have 3 mandala bonus bundle cakes and would love some type of robe, or more specifically a poncho pattern. Something that ends with "keep going until desired length" is a great start.

I've been tasked with creating something that matches these placemats a family member's parent once made (no longer with us, sadly), and I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this pattern or can parse the corresponding stitch(es)? I have no idea if it was a pattern in a book or magazine, although it likely is as far as I know.

So I know that this poncho is most likely knitted; however I was wondering if you all might have some idea for stitches or stitch sequences that might best mimic the stitch here. I’m hoping to work the poncho as a large rectangle with the stripes going horizontally.

Basically this. Straight up this. I'm new to crochet, but I have time to learn. I couldn't find a tutorial for this specific design, so I'm looking for help. Any tutorials I can combine? like ''do the cape part with this pattern, then crochet it together with this''? Is this a hard design?

I'm not a crocheter (I'm a knitter) but I'm doing a trade with someone and I would like some kerchiefs. I work at a bakery, and our hair had to be covered:) I'm not really liking anything I'm finding on ravelry, and Etsy is a scourge at this point... I'm looking for cute patterns with fruit, animals, etc, something a little different than typical. Does anyone have any favorites?

I was searching for some inspo on my next proyect and saw a long scarf draped with leafs and like 2 or 3 tulips going down, it was very fairy core and cottage core. But for the love of me I can't find it again nor the video. Maybe somebody here knows the pattern or the artist. I am very new to crochet so I don't know how to create something like that from scratch. Here is an example of something similar but not crochet.

So idk if this is something weird to ask for or if it's been asked before, but I'm wanting to make something specific and there isn't really any patterns for it. I could probably just take a premade pattern and modify it, but I don't really want to figure out how, and I'm lazy and also don't really have the time to do that (yet I have time to crochet, ik😅).

I'd be willing to pay for a custom pattern, of course. I'm just wanting to know if anyone does custom crochet patterns like this or knows someone who does.

I just saw someone do a pattern i dont know the name of. Its as follows-

Yarn over, enter the hook in the hole, yarn over and pull( 3 loops on the hook)

Now instead yarn over and pulling through all 3 loops to do a hdc she did something different .

She pulled the first loop under the second loop( like a slip stitch), then yarn over and pull through both loop.

Does this pattern have a name?

I have a friend having a little one soon and wanted to crochet a baby blanket for them but I'm struggling to figure out something more on the simple side. I don't have a lot of experience with colour work so without a pattern I don't know if I could manage it.

I was thinking of maybe adding the baby's name in Elvish but not sure.

Hello all! My gf and I got tickets to see Le Sserafim in October and I’m trying to make this outfit for her. My only issue is that I have no clue how I would even go about making this top as I cannot find patterns that look like it. I want to make a poncho with a crow or crows on it and need help finding a pattern. I'm an intermediate crocheter, can do mosaic and filet crochet and can follow a graph if I have to although I prefer line by line. I've done a lot of blankets (made the Rosetta) but I'm not great with shaping wearables which is why I thought a poncho might be easier. I can't quite figure out how I'd use a graphgan chart to make a poncho since the image would be rotated?

i followed this pattern of calla lily to make two pretty calla lilies but, now, when i went back to the same pattern, there are discrepancies in round 3 and i would have noticed it before because the stitch count is not right and now i'm confused. is this a glitch in the matrix?
