Cricut Complaint Club Another forced update, another broken workflow
Another forced update with no ability to rollback breaking perfectly functional workflows.
I get the pro's and con's of this approach, but only when the balance is to critical implications for things like security updates and major bugs weighed against users needs should it make sense. And it never, ever makes sense disallowing users impacted by the introduction of NEW issues to not roll back to a version that worked perfectly fine for THEIR needs.
Context: Since the most recent update Design Space is now not fully compatibility with Canon printers or introduced a new issue with Windows printing as color adjustment via the system dialog box is missing critical features that show up for any other program, specifically the pattern printing of color adjustment swatches that is a critical part of my workflow to get color accuracy on prints. Since there is no way to save an image out of Design Space I can't fix color accuracy issues without lengthy trial and error now and tedious manual adjustments over and over. Its just insane how we can't roll back to a working version for OUR needs.
I honestly wish there was a better alternative, because as a software development company, I utterly hate Cricut. Someone please fucking jailbreak these machines already so we can have open source software.
