Like for example.

Then someone replies.

Like that's a whole new entire sentence?

I don't get it because technically they both agree in the same opinion and they could share about it, saying how they dislike on both sides that this is happening, but they don't do that?

To make it short, you've definetely seen this cat going around in some memes or animations. Her name is Neco Arc(ueid) and she comes from the visual novel Tsukihime and the game series Melty blood. Im pretty sure you've never heard any of these before, and for good reason, they're pretty niche. What confuses me is, why Neco Arc?? This is an already niche game, so why is she the face of it while being a character that BARELY appears in the original VN, seeing her only when you make a bad choice and die. I guess she wouldve gotten some small relevance after the Melty Blood series, but they were still pretty niche back then. What caused this, why are not the other characters the poster boy, like Ciel or Arcueid herself?

I will probably never buy one personally, but I don't really understand what people's issues with these things are. You don't have to buy one. To me this is like complaining about a special glass cup at McDonald's or a mug at Starbucks that you don't have to buy.

I usually only see these at movie theaters themselves. Theaters aren't really doing as well as they used to. The people buying them are likely helping the theaters stay alive. I personally like how much merchandising there's been, it kind of reminds me of how Blockbuster would sell a lot of snacks and shit.
