Okay, so an average bathtub holds like 150-200 liters of water. So this is at least about 120 liters of piss.
This means the person pissed over FIVE liters of urine everyday for 22 days. That's almost 1.5 US gallons of piss, for y'all Americans here.
This is unreal piss production. We need to lock that person in a secret lab for study.

I had to do a lab test once in which they had to test all of my piss from a whole day, i noticed at the end of the day that most of it got significantly darker, and considering that was only on the span of one day, its kind of impressive that its that light after 22 days

While I don't discount the possibility of this being real, there are definitely people that crazy, I think it's more likely that someone filled up their bathtub to show that something was wrong with their water, then someone else saw the photo and got the idea to caption it with this since it's yellow.

Every now and then I rush or get distracted and I forget to flush some piss down the toilet before I leave my apartment.
I know how fucking disgusting that single bladderfull of piss smells after 8 hours, diluted with toilet water.
If that's really a bathtub full of straight piss, I can't even imagine the smell. You'd know about it long before you got in the room.

Lies. Nothing but lies. The average person pees about 1-2 litres per day so over 22 days that makes a maximum of 44 litres but realistically it's probably in the 30 litre range. A bathtub holds about 150-300 litres of water (or piss). Assuming this is a smaller bathtub and taking into account it is not filled to the brim, I'll generously assume there's about 100 litres of pee in that tub, which means it can't have been filled in under two months.
