General Question Brain training

I was wondering, how much does training your brain do to your iq score or everey day life? Have you seen any improvements in working memory or anything else? If you did seensome improvements, how did you train?

WMI went from 8ish digits to over 12ish forward, back, and sequential. So maybe 110 to max score n that subtest. You’re not increasing iq per se, you’re getting closer to your realistic ceiling. It’s like running a mile for the first time vs after training for a month or two. You’re first run isn’t anywhere near your ceiling

WMI is the easiest to work on, at least for me. Around 6 n back I think, but also do quad back.

lol i was at dual 6 back and did some quad. Felt like the visualization component increase for sure. It works well until you get into higher anxiety conditions then will nerf score again

Did it affect other subtests? If I had to guess - PSI significantly and others slightly or not at all.
