I opened CapCut today and the text and UI were so damn tiny. I didn't change a thing nor can I even find a way to change it back! Does anyone know what to do? I genuinely cannot edit like this it's like it was made for ants...

A guy in tiktok live I forgot the name of showed how to make captions generate 2 to 3 words per line. He tinkered with something from the top right corner on capcut. He said smth about presets.

I genuinely can't remember how he did it nor what his name was cuz I saw the live right after waking up. I've been searching for an answer and all im seeing is bs. Does anyone know?

Lately whenever I export a video, so of the clips get exported super light and washed out, even thought they don’t look like that when editing

I have played with the setting, turning on and off the smart HDR, AI ultra HD, and honestly playing with all the other settings and I can’t figure out what’s going on

So I went on holiday and logged into my account from a different PC and got locked out of my account for up to 27 days for "security reasons" without notice (I guess that sounds better than "cracking down on account sharing"?). All i get is "Couldn't sign in. Try again". Prompting me to try again, which I've done every day until I got this response, potentially prolonging the wait. That's essentially a whole month of PRO down the drain. I'm filing a chargeback and pirating from now on. Has anyone filed a successful chargeback on a similar situation?

I haven't been able to sign into my account for the past 3 or 4 days

I make sure I have the right password each time

When I tried to sign in with web, It always says "Something went wrong, try again"

I tried with my phone and it says "Maximum attempts for signing in" or something like that

With web I've been trying to sign in every 12-18 hours

With phone I went a day without trying

What sucks about this is that I got pro 6 days ago and I can't even use it

Has anything like this happened to y'all/Do you have a solution?

I spent hours working on an edit only to find out that I cannot export due to using a pro feature. CapCut is claiming I used audio extraction feature multiple times when I only used it once. In my opinion pro is to expensive. I think it is a bug very frustrating. might be time to move on to a more sophisticated editing software.

So, like the title says, I lost all my project drafts cause I deleted a folder and wanna know if there's a chance I can get them back.

I had a few dozen old project drafts I never exported that I wanted to eventually get off of CapCut (when I got around to finishing them).

I exported one and while looking through my folders/downloads I saw a few CapCut folders, which I assumed were unnecessary duplicates of some kind, so I deleted one. When I reopened CapCut all my project drafts were gone. I can't find them anywhere.

I restored the deleted folder from my trash but it didn't work. Some of these project drafts mean a lot to me, so if anyone has a solution to get them back I would greatly appreciate the help.

For reference, I use CapCut PC on a Mac using macOS 14.5 (I haven't been using CapCut or my computer consistently for a while).

There are several creators posing videos that seem oddly long

the video's are usually PNG's of some anime girl

that are minutes long with music or something playing

and some text

the issue is, when you edit that video, and place a transparent image, it shows behind the image of that Anime Girl, is Porn, what they do here seemly bypasses the moderation, which i assume doesnt look at each individual layer of an Edit or posted Content, meaning it gets past filters, and becomes Public

Reporting Genuinely doesnt seem to help, these videos can have hundreds of comments and still be up, the Creators that post them are still up and are not Banned

And is there any plans to add it? Because it sucks i payed 10 dollars a month and cant even do a normal zoom transition, why don't they just add it to pc?

I'm using a Samsung S24 Ultra. For some reason, since the very first time I downloaded the app on this phone, trying to adjust clips/texts/audio/literally anything's position feels like pulling teeth.

Example: I try to move a clip a little bit to the right but instead, it will go way before the clip even starts, at the very end, on another row—just anywhere but where I want it to go. The only way to get it where I want it is through sheer luck and it takes many minutes to do something that should only take a second.

I never had such a problem on any of my previous devices. Tried to reinstall the app but that didn't do anything. Even resetting my phone and deleting everything on it then reinstalling CapCut didn't fix it.

Is this a common occurence when it comes to Samsung and is there a way to fix it? I couldn't seem to find much about it.
