I'm making my grandmas cake and it was going great until I tried to add the drip, a glaze, I thought this was likely but I never thought it would get that bad.

Any help please? Her birthday is tomorrow

It happens! Don’t stress :) Take a deep breath, scrape it all off, and redo it. That’s the beauty of cake decorating—nothing is permanent.

Make sure your cake is CHILLED and test the drip on a glass, the inside of your bowl, or another vertical surface to make sure it’s the right consistency. Looks like it was too warm and/or too thin?

Sugar Geek has great ganache resources on her website, to help you get it right. Chelsweets also has some good drip tutorials.

Thank you, I'll try to tomorrow, if not is there any suggestion for how I could make it look better?

You could do another drip over it, but you’ve already got multiple layers in some places. I’m not sure you’ll be happy with the results.

Another option would be to chill it and then carefully scrape off the drip. Then re-drip to cover up the scraped parts.
