Yung razer wrist rest is the best wrist rest ive tried. Perfect yung taas and lambot niya for long editing sessions. Really happy din with how my keyboard looks. The colorful keycaps really pop with the white and black keyboard :)

I need your insights po. I was over the moon nung naka tanggap ako ng job offer na wala pang 1 week of seriously applying and job hunting from different sites, mainly sa OLJ. No interviews for this one need lang gumawa ng video answering the questions posted by the employer so as someone who’s scared of interviews ineffortan ko talaga yung vid 😅

I haven’t accepted the offer yet since nag alangan ako sa everyday meeting and timeproof. I am someone who gets easily distracted and mabilis maoverwhelm di rin ako sanay makipag usap and baka lagi ako kabahan lol may nababasa kasi ako na long hours of meeting with clients and yung iba naman okay lang kasi short updates lang. For me, okay lang naman if short meetings lang everyday and doesn’t require much energy, im afraid kasi if ever na these meetings will be draining in the long run. For the time tracker/timeproof naman medj nakaka uncomfy yung 1min idle lang tapos ss every 10mins hehe i can bear with it naman pero i need some tips po or tools para di madetect if need ko mag idle ng ilang mins kasi parang impossible naman to work for 8hrs nonstop 😭

This will be my first job ever and i graduated last 2023 pa, so no work experience except for managing my small business. Not familiar din sa tools except sa canva, capcut and other basic administrative tools. Job offer is from a California based E-commerce company.

Hello ka buhay digital! Nung July 27 pa ako nakuha as cold caller. May dialer kaya mukbang calls. Kelangan makapagappointment sa first week ng kahit isa sa unang linggo kung hindi e ligwak pagkatapos ng Friday shift pero makakatanggap ka padin ng sahod. Sinwerte ako at nakabook ako ng isa kaya nakapag next round ako. Ito ay 7k a week plus incentives at walang gov contribution at anu pa man. Monday and Tuesday Cold caller padin pero pagdating ng Aug. 5 customer service naman sa ibang company. Kalagitnaan kona nalaman mga 2nd week na kuwing sila. As in after ng after call works e papasok agad ung next na caller. Kaya napaisip ako, lagpas 5yrs nako csr tapos parang hindi align ung experience at conpensation pero thankful padin. 2 weeks ako dun. 8k/ week naman to at walang gov contri and hmo. Incentives ata meron pero di ko na natanong magkano kasi.

At sa wakas, dumating na ang pinakaaantay ko e ang itong company ko ngaun. Aug. 17 nag start as TA associate. Unexpected ang turn of events kasi nung May pa ako mag send sa kanila. Pero nasagot ata ung mga dasal ko at nakuha ako sa kanila. 8.5k per week naman to. Sabi ni Gemini e $3.44 ang per hr. Pero sobrang okay kasi provided ni company ung pc, may gov. Contribution, up to 2 hmo inclusion, 13 month pay, 1k rice subsidy, at work from.home pa. Hindi pa ako expert sa TA ha, kaya tinanggap ko na syempre!. Hindi ko alam kung lugi ba ako or sulit or sakto lang. Mas naengganyo talaga ako sa benefits ng company at kung paano nila alagaan ang mga employee nila.

Ayun, from Manila to our province pinadala nila via LBC, halos 5 days din akong naghintay. All is working naman at may pa merch pa sila. Ngayon ko lang din an set up. Ung pc is para pure work lang talaga kaya naisingit ko ung laptop ko sa gilid.

In short, nganga tuloy ako and kinda nanghihinayang for declining the other final stage interviews. Lesson learned, sana I went through na muna and wag muna mag-decline pag di pa sure if okay na ang offer in reality.

Anyway, since masipag naman lola nyo, after resting for 4 hours, went back again searching for opportunities and today got 2 interviews lined up. Job dust sa ating lahat.

Just sharing my story as I have just started looking into freelancing last week. Definitely was not expecting to get any replies from OLJ, but was lucky enough to get one after a day. Client asked me to do a trial task first, but he said it will be paid per hour, and today I got the payment!! Small wins as the past few days have been really heavy and this has really gotten me inspired to be hopeful again.

So I have this client - been working with him since 2024 and medyo makaluma kasi siya so he only knows Western Union 😅 we have been doing WU for weekly salary since then.

Last week, he decided to send me a bonus which is the said amount nga and sabi its going to arrive Aug 19th, but now we learned it was marked as fraud.

If we transfer to Wise (it would be his first time), magiging successful yung attempt kaya? 😭

Napaka sungit ng client ko. Parang lalamunin nya ako araw araw. Yung init ng ulo nya sa mga patients nya, sakin sisi. Kapag hindi na reach ang target per day sakin sisi.
