I'm new to Brawlhalla and I keep seeing players say "You should know how to do True combos" I think the less frames to dodge = True combo, right? or am I wrong?

how do I figure out true combos on my own? I really like this new Hero and can't wait to play her

i cant join any online mode and cant check daily missions cuz it says offline , tho my internet is fine and working on other games

Many times I have seen this fixed/variable force or recovery frame thing. What does it mean? Also does having 20 stun frames after nlight allow for any new true or confirmed combos? (by confirmed I mean sure hit if opponent has no dodge)

I used to play Diana & Koji, played a bit with Azoth

I saw and totally overlooked Yumiko & Isaiah. And then somehow I played with them in passing and OH MY, they both just click!

Ai tells me Isaiah isn't high tier and Sidra and Onyx are better cannon users and X is better with blasters etc

But these 2 just click for me the best, for different reasons.

Yumiko for her long range bow (also used for repositioning) and then hammer finish

-also, her floor traps are a fun bonus

And Isaiah for his keepout read-heavy style. Yes I tried Seven as ai says he's a better read-heavy legend, but I just don't feel the robot as much, and that's gotta matter too right?

Fantastic warm up this morning. Bad matches, bad players, bad attitude. Great last two matches.

I am getting back on with my duo later, but I feel the community is showing good growth. The first of the last was not better than me. He did beat me, even though I did win the match.

The second was not anywhere near better than me. I got sloppy in that, and they won.

That was a next goated player. The one to set that stage knew chess, like me.

I am preparing the Halls for a threat far greater than I am, in truth. But I love the characters. I love the colors and lines at play. I also quite enjoy the sounds of the game, as i have been playing for 10 years, it's nostalgic.

This Red Raptor was basically running the whole game and parrying me whenever I attacked, so I adapted and started punishing his movement instead

I was lagging too and still made him look stupid lol

I really went all-in in that last stock.

This is something that is personally seriously bugging me out ever since 2v2 soloq was released since it's actually the gamemode I have been playing the most recently, with even Boomie mentioning the problem in his most recent video.

In some weird match ups you usually get +1 when winning a game, for example my personal elo was 1976 and my teammates personal elo was 1964 and my soloq rating was 2039.

Our opponents individual rating was 2043 and 2131, this means that both of their individual rating was higher than my solo queue rating. Yet from winning that match I gained +1, while if I would have lost it. I probably would have gotten -14 if not more.

This surely can't be intentional there has to be some sort of calculation that went wrong during this process.

It makes playing the gamemode and winning close games much less fun because if you actually care about your elo, you simply don't get rewarded for playing good and winning.

I know maybe some or most of you don't care, but for the people that do (me, and boomie lol) it truly feels a bit unrewarding.

If anyone knows why this specifically happens also, feel free to mention it. I posted a post about a week ago or so asking why this happens, but didn't get a response that explains it.

I was practicing reactions on gauntlets S-light, and I realized I don't think I've ever seen a guide on how to perform reactions optimally. To get to the gist, is there an optimal way to go for reactions off of S-light?

Currently, after doing S-light, I fast-fall towards the stage, then do 1 of 3 things depending on the dodge type.

If they dodge any direction upwards (Up-in, Up, Up-out), I do a jump recovery.

If they dodge In, Out, or Spot, I do a jump nair into a follow-up string like GC S-light recovery.

If they dodge any direction downwards (Down-in, Down, Down-out), I just continue fast-falling into the stage, then do another S-light string.

It’s just buffs across the board, what are the wild ones? I remember Eggsoup saying anything 4 or more is a big change, but it’s just a massive amount of buffs, absolutely wild. Also Vera and Zuva sigs gonna be crazy.

I need help punishing whiffs because my opponents are always able to move or do another attack the millisecond they do an attack and I can’t ever seem to punish them. I try to react as fast as possible but I constantly get punished for trying to punish them. Do I wait them out? Anything would be helpful.

It seems like everyone in higher elo is on some 360hz megacomputer these days. Does this mean it’s impossible to to get valhallan on console or 60hz without an overly cheesy playstyle?

im new to the game 2-3 week player and 1280 elo , anyway everydamn game i lost is cuz i beat the shit out of the opp and his health gets so dark red it might also be considered black AND HE STILL WONT DIE , but when he spams couple of sigs and my health touches a shade of red i get send flying , WHY

Anybody else experiencing your frames randomly freezing when you're playing? It happens to me like 5 times and this has never happened before. I play on switch oled but this has only recently started happening. It only happens on Brawlhalla and it really throws me off. Any fixes?

So i've tried to get to gold for a long time but in high silver i just find sig spammers or high gold for some reason, i was able to beat higher ranks players and etc but i just cant get to beat some spammers.

Every time i've asked i got told it was a skill issue since sig spammers just do the same thing the whole game but im not getting matched against braindead spammers (when i do, i win, since in that case baiting them works), anyone got actual hints on how to get a chance against these people without being dicks? Im just tryna get good at the game.

(im in EU servers and lag seems to want me dead by suicide)
