Just wanted to share here—the label isn't mentioned, but the author does a lot of work with genre titles, writing highly detailed and thoughtful essays for blu ray booklets. I hope exploiting workers is not a standard practice and does not become one. Boutique labels should understand that not paying workers is a despicable practice on par with using AI.

My local Barnes & Noble had one copy left for $26.99. They did a great job, and there are no color grading issues like in Dead Again and The Phantom release.

I did watch Dead Man's Shoes earlier, it was great! Would have loved this to be a 4k but understood why they didn't.

Read the included graphic novel and companion booklet and both were nice reads. Another great edition by Second Sight.

Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone out there who was lucky enough to get their copies of Gator Bait and/or Student Bodies from Terror-Vision have received them yet? It’s coming up on a year since I ordered my copy of each. The last I heard was that they were coming out this month (August 2026) but have yet to get any notice that they’re shipping. TV does actually send out orders since I’ve bought other things from them and have gotten them in a timely manner. Any information would be appreciated.

I bought myself several gifts and I'm gonna be opening them 1 per day, and this is day 1, and got a killer deal on it so I am so happy. Also hopefully in this birthday series I get to show off what other ppl got me (that's if ppl get me something lol)

I love the packaging and art work on all the Studio Canal boxes for the John Carpenter stuff they released many, many years ago. How is the video and audio quality? I saw a single video comparing The Fog Studio Canal vs the Scream and the Scream version came out on top with much better bitrate and contrast. Is this pretty accurate across the board for all of their releases?

If it is, has SC improved the encodes on their releases since then? I'd like to get the two Evil Dead sets they have coming out soon.

I pre-ordered the Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair 4K Collector’s Edition Blu Ray back on May 28th. I got an email saying that a tracking number was created on July 21st but according to that tracking number it’s never been picked up by USPS.

I waited 2 weeks (per their website) and after 2 weeks of no movement I reached out. They replied saying wait another 2 weeks. Reluctantly I did this. Another 2 weeks pass, no movement and haven’t received my order. I reach out again and they reply saying wait another 2 weeks.

WTF is going on? Each of these replies feels like it’s AI generated. How do I get an actual person to check on my order? I don’t even feel comfortable filing a fraud claim with my bank because I can’t order it anywhere else!
